This is a very clean location with friendly sales associates. This is a small shop, so the selection is much smaller than say the Vitamin Shoppe about 5 miles away. I have gone to this GNC a number of times to pick up Quest Bars, and they usually have all the flavors in stock. So why do I give this location only two stars? Parking is really rough unless you go first thing in the morning or late in the evening. Though my real con is about the GNC Gold Card. They are requiring a $ 15 a year membership to get discount prices that are about the same as the regular prices at Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon. I was hoping for some real savings, but GNC just took the $ 15 and gave me what other health stores provide as normal pricing. That is enough to get me going someplace else.

I was really excited to go into your Rivermark Village (Store#2 376) location here in Santa Clara, CA today and was greeted by a friendly sales associate and a store chocked FULL of choices (which was great). However, when I went up to the register the same sales associate was so pushy about your VIP savings program I felt as thought she wasn’t going to let me make my purchase unless I signed up. I had to come up with reason after reason after excuse why I didn’t want to at this time. This was extremely uncomfortable! I wont be back to this location after this incident.
