GNC

Ok so let me start by saying that this GNC USED to be bad! I would try to go in the morning when they opened but they would not open on time. The other day I was desperate and had to go in and to my suprise they opened on time! They now have a new manager who is extremely smart and helpful. She won’t push you to anything but does let you know about the deals and how to save. To make a long story short we had a very good talk and she said the store has gone through major staffing changes and under her leadership I’m sure that this GNC will be great! I highly recommend everyone to go here over the one on Milpitas Blvd.

I went to the GNC off of Calaveras Blvd. at 10:30 but they were visibly closed without any sign and they were supposed to open at 10. I went to the Ranch location and this sign was up…
I understand things happen sometimes but they couldn’t find ONE employee to open the store? I have never been here with a flood of customers that 1 associate couldn’t handle. Mind you, it was 10:45 now and I waited 15 minutes just to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wonder if they even opened up yesterday at all.
Unfortunately I won’t be coming back to either of these locations due to a complete lack of professionalism and consideration.

Store:
The store itself is very clean and properly maintained. Shelves are stocked and organized neatly. It is easy to find what you need.
Products:
All depends on people preferences. Some people really like GNC products while others think it’s trash. I personally get my whey protein and vitamins here and they work great. No complaints here.
Service:
This GNC store has the best customer service of all the other branches. The employees Josh and Arnold were extremely helpful when I visited. They knew exactly what I was looking for and recommended me some products that really fit me. The employees here are very knowledgeable and know all the products inside and out. They were also very professional and down to earth at the same time.
Overall:
A clean store that carries a variety of vitamins, proteins, and supplements. The employees are very knowledgeable and can help you find what you are looking for. Products are solid and do their job. The only reason I knocked off a star is due to the high prices, GNC should really stop overpricing their products. Besides that I will continue coming to this store to get my monthly vitamins and protein.

Well go to the GNC in great mall or any other mall coz this store will offer you great deals but when you already have a gold membership will discourage you from getting the deals by saying that you are abusing the deal :-(
Hubby has been a gold member for several years and we were here to pick up a monthly supply of Pro performance amplified wheybolic extreme 60 in the first week to make the most of the 20% off for products. Usually, this is a no hassle at any other GNC, however, the owner here asked to verify my husband’s credentials — looked at his drivers license and made him fill a form and said that by making use of this offer on a monthly basis we were abusing GNC’s offer and he will honor this discount this one time.
Well! we are never going back to this store and we will write to GNC and lodge a complaint. What is the point of being a gold member if you cannot take advantage of the discounts that come with the membership?!
Totally hated the service here. Not going back.

Compact and stuffed with supplements, protein powders amongst other workout nutrition needed and unnecessary items. (what a sentence, hopefully it’s not a run on) Rolled here needing to pick up some protein powder. Wasn’t greeted upon entering, but that didn’t bother me. It’s not like I’m Oprah or someone special. Looked around and man, every turn I made was BAM in your face! This powder! This pill! Weight loss! Whey protein! Epic reminders of all the things that you possible need to yoke up at the gym and become that lunk that Planet Fitness so desperately doesn’t want you to become.
Everything was well stocked and had pretty much everything I needed. The way part was the clearance section behind the cashier where it was just racks of things waiting to be cleared out for cheap. I picked a blender bottle (8.99) and some Light Muscle Milk, 3lbs (19.99). Sweet deal.
They try to sell you their membership service which works like a rewards card and it sounds good. Too bad I’m not that much of a vitamin gym junkie where I go every month. Plus it’s a 15 dollar fee. The reward is 20% off the first five days of the month.
Mm I passed and went on my way. Location is easy to find and lots of parking spots. The driveway out is only right turn, so you end up circling around the mall in hopes to hit the freeway.

I really like this GNC. The lady that works here really knows her stuff and was very patient and great at explaining all the products. I came here for a lean protein shake, i wanted to build more muscle since i was working out a lot more and she recommended a great product! They have great deals so check out their store/​website frequently! I came back recently to get some multivitamins and the worker there was great at explaining the different kinds they have. Come here if you have alot of questions, their very helpful!
If you shop here a lot, get the GNC card! $ 15 dollars a year – you get 20% off products every first week of the month.

When they dont have what you want. They tell you to go to Great Mall’s GNC.

BEST GNC!!! they are really friendly here. I came in because i wanted to gain some weight so i ended up getting Mass XXX and amplified creatine. So far i been on it for 2 months and gain 10 pounds. I got another 5 to go and then i’ll be happy. Thank you for all the employee over there that help
