Had my ’16 Porsche Cayman GT4 washed/​detailed here today. Leo was very courteous, responsive, and professional. They did a great job with the Bronze package on my car. Reasonable price and impeccable work. I’m very satisfied, I will likely be back again, and recommend to anyone else needing detail work.
One thing though if you’re bringing a GT4, or any other very low car watch the driveway angle on the way out. When I go again I will definitely back out of the lot!

I wanted to get my new Porsche Cayman polished before applying a clear bra. Initially I have called in Bob at the Auto Concierge. He was booked fully for more than a month. Then, he recommended the Detail Addict. I had called in to make an appointment next day.
When I got there, Tru was there for me. She took an hour plus to do the job. It came out very well. I would bring back the car to do a full detailing.

Leo & Tru and I cleared up all miscommunication and I still went with them for service. Im not going to lie, the detailed and time spent is spot on. Very detailed and professional. It is pricey but then again you are not going through a assembly line. This is one on one attention with your cars.
I still recommend them but I recommend talking to them in person or on the phone. In emails, everything gets lost in communication.

It says that it opens a t 8am and there is no one here. I was expecting it to be opened but I guess not.

I went to this place with my GTR afternoon. Friend refer this place so I drove from Livermore.
Best auto detail place in Bay Area for sure.
I met Tru and this lady rocks. She is so picky on her job. She finished her job after 6pm even they closed 5pm. She cleans until she gets happy. I had some annoying wheels so she said she had really hard time to clean my wheels so she wasn’t happy with her job on my wheels. But trust me. I never seen my wheels clean like today. All the people says good about Leo (her husband) but I don’t care. I love this ladies job.
I will come back with all my cars.

Leo rocks! Detail addict is THE place to take your car for detailing or scratch removal. They were super professional, clearly explained all options and trade offs, and helped me make an informed decision about how to repair scratches on my m235i. The car looks as good as new.

Detail Addict is the place to bring your car! They’re thorough and never disappoint! I brought in my beige/​tan cotton/​suede interior (Accord) with dirt stains, long– over due liquid spills but when I came in to pick it up at the end of they day, it looked like a new baby out the dealership lot! I’d say for the effort and results of the detailing, their price is very reasonable!
Not to mention, Leo and his family are just kind and fun people to hang around and get to know! Thanks again for your service!

Just picked up my truck this evening from Leo and I couldn’t be more happy so I had to write this review right away! I am still speechless on how detailed and flawless the paint came out. I first found Detail Addict on-​line on one of the local bay area car forums I frequent and after doing some additional research on FB and their website I decided to stop in and talk with Leo. Off the bat he could understand exactly what I was looking to do and what my truck needed due to the previous owner washing incorrectly and removing trim improperly. Leo made me feel comfortable and with no pressure talked me through everything he could do to help the paint and restore it back to it’s original luster and depth. It had swirl marks, halos, spider webs, all sort of imperfections and being a dark metallic color I thought there would be no hope and a repaint was in order. After discussing the options with Leo I decided to do a few other things on the truck before handing over the keys to let him and his other technician Kiem perform their magic. I ended up going with a Gold package tailored to my vehicles specific needs and an engine bay detail. Leo let me drop it off late to him and Tru took the truck and they got it locked up inside safe and so went the process. Leo did a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ test panel to show me what type of results I would most likely see for the $$ amount I was spending and again talked with me over the phone before proceeding. He worked in my budget to provide me with the absolute best end result possible. They had the truck for two full days and from what I have been told worked day and night on it! I was so excited when Tru called me today to let me know it would be ready by 5, I had no idea what to expect. Needless to say when Leo pulled it out honestly I was speechless. The work they performed has the paint looking wet, deep and luscious. It looks better then new, orange peel was cut out, scratches and imperfections gone, seamless finish! Honestly I had no idea it would turn out to the level it did, the truck is so clean I didn’t even want to drive it home and drove slow all the way home so everyone could see me. The body panels look amazing as well as the under hood. They took the time to listen to my expectations and notes and over delivered! I will def. be coming back here for maintenance waxes and for my other vehicles so they can work there magic on those as well. If you are particular about your vehicle like I am these guys are the only detail place to visit. Showcar, high end luxury car or just a daily driver these guys do it all and are beyond professional. Do not look any where else, flawless work and I couldn’t be happier. I appreciate all their hard work and time they spent by hand bringing my truck to beyond show quality! Also picked up some new wash mitts and micro fiber towels. Even though this review is long when I go outside and look at the trucks finish I am nearly left speechless! Friendly service and excellent results!
Went with the Silver package and the results were phenomenal – made my car looking perfect for a photo/​video shoot.
They even stored my car overnight because I wasn’t able to pick up until the next morning.
Would definitely go back!

Great friendly service. Had oxidation issues with my vehicle. While trying different methods, they were able to polish out the areas that were repairable. Will be taking my other vehicle here in the future.

I got the exterior gold package, and I’m glad to say I am not disappointed.
I purchased my black BMW 335i used, with heavy amounts of light scratches through out the car. The front hood had was also significantly scratched due to my amateur removal of a car bra that had been on for 5+ years. But they were able to reverse the damage I did to my own car.
Their service was exceptional as well, there was a 2 week wait time for appointment after a free consultation. But when a job requires 12 hours of work, how can you blame them? They called me ahead of time letting me know when the car was going to be ready, and scheduled a pick up time.
If you’re looking for a shop that does honest work, you’ve found the right place. You pay top dollar, for top quality.

Once these guys are through with your car — it’s cleaner than showroom condition: they do an amazing job of the exterior and interior.
I take my Porsche, Benz and Range Rover 3 – 4 times a year.

I didn’t know my car could look so good. I brought in my C124 just for some weather protection, but what I ended up getting was a new car.
What I liked most was that they were really honest, and helpful. I hate going into car shops and being sold the most elaborate packages, and later go home and have my guy friends tell me I was tricked into a more expensive option. The guy working at DA was able to narrow down my options to what I needed and what would help my car the most in the long run. I intend to keep my car for many years to come so I really liked that DA was able give me the best options for my car.
I got the winter package and I would highly recommend it. I would say this is probably one of the only places where you get exactly what you pay for.

Had DA do some coding for my 2011 BMW 335i. The whole process couldn’t have been anymore easier. I basically heard about them thru one of the forums. I contacted Grant thru email. He replied back really fast. I made an appointment for the following Saturday (I think they only do coding on weekends). I went in, filled out some paperwork and boom, I was out within 2 hours. Also, within those 2 hours, I had him install my LUX angel eyes.
After the install, he went over the features that he coded and answered any questions I had. For 4 modules, it was only a cool $ 60.
They do have a small waiting room, but if you plan to be there longer than a few hours, I’d recommend someone picking you up.

Thanks to Unilocal for directing me to this place. I have a 2001 Corolla which I have considered exchanging for a finer set of wheels many times. However, my steed has served us well and loyally over the past many years. So I decided to get it some floss and polish instead.
Detail Addict did everything I was looking for in terms of getting my car interiors looking spiffy again, all at a reasonable price! They even got rid of the ugly black spots that were an eyesore.
The lady who helped me explained the work that had to be done and my options clearly, and at the end of the day I walked away knowing exactly what I wanted. It took a day for them to pretty up my car and the next day when I came to pick it up, it was waiting, all cleaned up.
I would recommend this place highly to anyone looking to get vehicle detailing done.

Was looking for a place in the Bay to code a E60 for some basic functions. I called around some well known shops and found that the pricing is around what the stealerships charge.
I ran across Detail Addict from a search off the web. Emailed an appoint for a Sat.
Drove in and met Grant. Told him what features I wanted to enable and that was it. After about 15 mins or so the work was done.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plus the cost is very competitive. Definately will return to do business here again.

It’s kinda hard for somebody like me to give love to my car without a part of me feeling like a total douchebag, so I delegate that awful responsibility to DetailAddicts. I’m confused like that.
When a job takes as long as you would have taken doing it by yourself, you know you are getting high quality work. I cannot say enough good things. It’s hard these days to find people who really care about their craft.
