Good burgers, soup n salad. A great late lunch, good service.

My boyfriend loves this place, and honestly it’s the best I’ve found in the area.
The wait is long but usually worth it. But it always goes faster than it appears at first. My boyfriend and I sometimes just make a stop in Walgreens while waiting. And it’s on par with our other option, iHop.
The manager and hosts are usually friendly and do their best to get people in and out. The waitstaff is nice but pretty busy so don’t expect much besides taking your order, delivering your food, a check-​in, and the check. You pay at the front so you don’t have to wait.
If one meal is ready before another they will bring it out by itself. I’d rather have hot food than cold but may be a little awkward if you are looking to eat in unison.
My favorite breakfast is their Swedish pancakes on one of the combos (with eggs & hashbrowns). I REALLY like their lingon berry butter (very sweet). My boyfriend is half-​Swedish and I think these taste better than his family’s (shhh, don’t tell!).
I’ve also had their salmon salad which was also good. There was a nice balsamic vinegarette and the grilled salmon tasted great (not too fishy). They also have a wide variety of omelettes and different types of pancakes if that is your thing.

I am continualy disappointed in the service. The managment is the one that set the mood and service standards and this place is seriously lacking. I was there for breakfast yesterday. Two people… and both orders came out a different times. 1^st one came out 10 minutes before the other one. 2^nd order came out with half of the order cold. Waffle… was cold… butter would not melt. It was like it was made yesterday. Awful!
The service has always been lacking and the food pretty good but… even THAT is terrible now.
Probably won’t go back… won’t recomend it.
Management…do you wonder WHY people are unhappy? I don’t want to hear conversations about schedules… and I don’t want to see you counting your tips on the counter when you have not fulfilled your orders to waiting customers. Do your waitters wonder WHY they don’t get good tips? Terrible service. There is no reason for any one who has been seated to have to wait for a waiter to come to the table more than15 minutes! Unexcusable!
Food used to be good now it is fair at best. I don’t see any reason to come back and go through another experience of bad service where the staff doesn’t give a hoot.
Time to sell to someone else who cares about customer service! I am soooo done!
