History

Established in 1996.

Opened as a 3rd generation restaurant business since 1996 until present time of 2011. We have never changed management, we’ve been here since the beginning. We are a family run business with a home style feel and warm environment where everyone will be treated like family. The front of house is watched by owner/​manager/​wife of Tai Lee, Annie Lee while the back of house (kitchen) is managed by owner/​manager/​chef/​Husband of Annie, Tai Lee. We did go through a bump in the road in 2007 when our restaurant went through a 3 alarm fire and burnt down completely, but we reopened in 2008 and are back on our feet with a brand new building and interior all in the same area because this is our home. We are well known for our hospitality, hand pulled noodles and our fresh ingredients. Our foods are made all by scratch and by hand so that each plate is unique in it’s own way. Each member of the restaurant plays a large part in making us succeed everyday.

Annie Lee wife of Tai Chung Lee, Owners of China Way Restaurant since 1995-​Present. Annie is the front and face of China Way where as Tai is in the back cooking up a storm.
