Bay One Security is a fully insured and licensed private security service that will provide your business with the highest level of security service.

Our President and CEO, has over twenty years experience in the security industry. He is a graduate of the San Mateo Police Academy and has worked with the California Highway Patrol. He has worked as a Private Investigator, an Undercover Loss Prevention officer, and has conducted investigations with the Secret Service.

Bay One Security has employed off duty Police Officers who are Site Supervisors and train our guards on report writing and safety protocol. These Site Supervisors conduct spot checks on all Stationary & Patrol Officers that overlook all detailed reports throughout their shift.
