I actually called the store first and ask them if they had a case I needed, I waited for like 1 min on the phone, The guy came back on the phone and said he did have it. So when I went into the store 30 min after I called. A guy and lady said hello and ask if I needed something I said a phone case for a iPhone 6s Plus. He showed me them and I found what I was looking for. When I was paying for it they were very talkative and nice to me. Overall I had a great experience and felt the hospitality. I will come again to the store if I need any accessories.

Really bad. I ask $ 25 prepaid plan and once everything was done, I tried a phone call but nothing worked. The salesperson tried it herself and still it didn’t work. I asked the salesperson the reason, and she said the phone showed it connected to ATT network, so nothing wrong from their side, my phone must be the problem(What?). She refused to help me anymore, so I called 611 at the store and the customer service said it’s because the salesperson put $ 25 data plan, not voice plan. The salesperson didn’t say sorry, kept saying nothing wrong from their side. Even said my claiming is illegal behavior. I just wanted one word«sorry» but she was just rude.

Really bad customer service and not family friendly. The attender didn’t ask what we need and we were waiting about 5 mins when finally she asked my husband, and he just said«we want to active a new phone» and in a very rude mode, she asked us to leave and come back in 25 minutes because was attending another customer and my kids were distracting her. We left the place and drove to the AT&T Camino Real store and everything was perfect as soon we just opened the door somebody asked us what we need and in less than 10 mins I have my new phone in place, the best part was that the employee offer TV to my kids so they can happy… What difference
