Today’s the first time I tried out this place. Suffice to say I scrutinized the food a bit more than I should have. Nonetheless ITWASGOOD! Service was fast and friendly, and the food’s fresh and good for low-carb diets(forget about the pita in this review). Anyways for lunch, I ordered the $ 7.50($ 9 with taxes) Souvlaki Platter 1+ 1 with Chicken and Sausage gyro. It come with 2 sides(I got salad w/feta and roasted veggies for the low-carb thing, you can also get rice or fries as well), three pita bread quarters(I didn’t eat these, but I did give these away!), as well as the tzatziki and red vinegar/oil sauces, separate from the main entreé. For the most part, I was satisfied with the meal. The gyros sausages were absolutely tender and delicious. GETTHEGYROS if you come here. The chicken was good, where I can bite into the skewers to find clear juices running out. However it does not beat the gyros. There’s grease on the sausage gyros(There isn’t much on the chicken), but as a high-fat/low carb ketogenic person, this was fantastic, especially since you can dip your food into the red vinegar olive oil that they give you! S/O to the tzatziki sauce for being SOGOOD. This food will make you thirsty though, dressings have a bit of a bite and saltier for some people, keep in mind that. Also, I know the people there can answer questions because this girl in front of me asked if Apple Pay is accepted here, which is not available now, but could be added later according the the cashier. It’s good to see the staff answering questions. The prices for the big plates are on par with what to expect for the portions, so expect me to be back again.

Super good. I want some right now haha. The money you spend is worth it here. The gyro plate is amazing and you can choose your side and you get a drink. Very satisfied and super yummy. It is also quick.

This place is the THE place to eat on campus and and probably all of IV. I’ve had quite a few of their items and my go to is the chicken salad and calamari plate. The calamari is crispy and delicious and the salads are always great, crispy lettuce, tomato, onion, olives and feta cheese. No ranch here, just the taziki sauce and oil. It’s great and definitely worth a try.

The best spot to eat on campus! Unsure if it’s just beginner’s luck but Santorini’s is insanely good for it’s price. I don’t know much about Greek food but I’ve tried both Aladdin’s and Lovin Oven and have to say that this one beats them both in quality and value. The portions are huge, I got the gyro plate and they actually stacked that meat up to the top. I usual eat like a fatass and had a hard time finishing the meal. It’s the only place to eat on campus that won’t make you feel like you just gibbed for 7 bucks. Try it out now cause I just don’t believe any food place on campus can stay this good before it becomes corrupt.

Best food on campus. Loaded fries are the best. 8 bucks for fries sounds expensive, but they put so much chicken and gyro in there it is well worth it.

Santorini is the best option in the UCEN center if you are looking for a tasty healthy meal at an affordable price. I have been coming here since the day they opened and will continue to come back. Everything is freshly made and prepped, and the employees are friendly and fast with their service. I have tried almost everything on their menu and have not had one complaint yet! **** I didnt realize they had breakfast until about 2 months after they opened. The breakfast is probably the best value on their menu. I would recommend the breakfast burrito or the breakfast pita. Very tasty!

FINALLY! Awesome food at a price that doesn’t break my bank. It’s not cheap but their portions are large enough that I can split it into two meals. Every menu item looks great and I’ve tried the plates, sandwich and salads, but the Santorini Salad is my jam! It has gyros and chicken piled generously over a bed of lettuce, olives, tomatoes and onions. Their dressing does a great job cutting through the heaviness of the meat. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Even the staff is excellent. They really handle large crowds quite efficiently so even if the line is long, there isn’t much of a wait. Can’t recommend enough!

A great option for a meal if youre on campus and in a rush! Pretty fair portions and the beef meat is very tender. The fries here are also seasoned very well. Pita bread for every meal you order.

Attending UCSB Spring Insight on the SB campus this weekend. Stopped in to Santarini’s Island Grill. I have to tell you the food was so much better then anticipated and the service was even better. I ordered the chicken pita special which came with a salad, feta fries, and a whole chicken breast grilled to perfection. Truly out of this world. My wife had the gyros very fresh and tender. Delicious ! An extra shout out to Zack, only the best cashier of the UCSB campus. So if you have the pleasure of dropping one of your children off on the UCSB campus for the next four years, make a detour to Santarini’s it will make those students loans easier to swallow.

Friendly, fast, and delicious. The GYRO is great. A little salty sometimes but very enjoyable. Some may find it a bit oily, but it’s delicious and probably the best food to eat in the UCen. The CHICKEN is dry sometimes and doesn’t compare in flavor to gyro. The falafel is fabulous. I love their FRIES. Who knew simple french fries could taste so good. Breakfast 7−11am is definitely worth it! Their BREAKFASTWRAP wakes you up and is so convenient for UCSB students and faculty. The prices are so affordable Greek food; ~$ 6 – 8 for a meal. The line is super quick and the employees are very friendly!

I’m so happy this place opened up in UCSB’s UCEN. The food is fresh, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable. I have eaten here twice. First time, I ordered the chicken gyro sandwich and it was spot on. Very flavorful and fresh. The second time, I ordered the chicken gyro salad. Also delicious, especially the dressing. I will definitely be back!
