Called to make an appointment for vin verification and was told Lori would call me back, she never did. Called again the next day and was told the same thing. Guess you have to go in to make an appointment in person.

I visited Lori’s last Friday, and I don’t think I will return. I called on a Wednesday to double check some logistics, however, the attendant Martha (I believe that’s her name) picked up another call and put me on hold for a good minute to attend the other call… I found that extremely unprofessional. When I actually went in on Friday, same thing happened. I stated I was there for fingerprints, the phone rang, and she proceeded to attend the phone call rather than helping me. I’ve been working in customer service for 7+ years, and that’s a clear no no. Overall I did not feel welcome or appreciated, it all seemed very rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this place… especially for the amount of money you pay for the services.

Will definitely use Lori’s Mobil Notary and Fingerprinting again! I needed to get fingerprinting-​so I walked in and they took me right away, with no appointment! Not to mention the girls in the office were very sweet and welcoming! I highly recommend this company for any notary or fingerprinting! Easiest, quickest and best in town!
