The UPS Store

this place has the best customer service. I always end up there unprepared with my mailing label in hand. They always offer to grab the package for me and tape the label down. Thank you guys!

I’ve been a regular customer of this store for over 12 years (I’ve had a box there since 2002) and the owner (Jeff) and the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. There’s really not much more I can say than that – in 12+ years they’ve given me not a single significant reason to complain.

I needed to print out a contract and I do not have a computer, or know anybody who has one. I went in The UPS store and a nice fellow named Blake that was working there let me use there computer. I will definitely be coming back!

UPS should consider modifying their UPS Stores franchising agreement to include accepting UPS account numbers rather than the store having to use the particular UPS Store’s account. Major pain to have to go to the UPS– especially given that the hub is closed Saturdays.

I have an online shopping problem which means about once a week I get a box the size of a Mini Cooper delivered to my house with a couple of thousand dollars worth of clothes, jewelry, shoes, and purses.
OK, I may be slightly exaggerating, maybe not…
WHY do I do this you ask? Because it helps me avoid the mental breakdowns that come with shopping in department stores with poorly lit dressing rooms that highlight every stretch mark, dimple, and varicose vein, and instead I can try on clothes in the comfort of my own home. Also, the stores in Santa Barbara seem to have an issue with leaving clothing pins all over their dressing room floors and stock themselves with employees eager to sell skintight dresses that would only make me look like a trailer park stripper on the Jerry Springer show.
Also, I can plop my very handsome and discriminating Chiweenie dog on the bed while I try my new clothes on and see if my new pieces meet his approval or not, how convenient.
So when my clothes do not meet the approval of my Chiweenie I must, of course, repack them send them back and so I go to the UPS store where they are always helpful and the service is quick. They also sell supplies, gift wrap, offer P.O. Boxes, and have at least 2 tons of foam peanuts on hand at all times if you need to pack something of a more delicate nature.
I prefer this location over the one on Anapamu Street downtown as they are much more friendly and accommodating and parking is a non-​issue.

I’m a pretty demanding customer and I’ve never heard a complaint/​show of dissatisfaction on their part, ever! That says alot. On the contrary, I’m always greeted with friendly service and a more than willing «can do» attitude. The USPS could learn a thing or two from this UPS Store.
