My phone was no longer taking a charge and the battery was expanding pressing my screen out… mind you my phone is only a year old, a birthday gift from last year. So I called an I Phone fix it store and they said they would be happy to help me, however, when I arrived the next day, the young man said to take it back to Apple. Very contradictory of what the previous technician had told me. So, I walked around the corner and found Daniel, at Drop Smash Fix. He was professional and quick. Now my phone is back to it’s original perfect state, holding a charge and working at it’s optimal state, so I can! Thanks Drop Smash Fix!

I took my phone in originally in June– and unfortunately it still had some issues. I called Tony and he said to bring it in whenever I could. Unfortunately, I live out of town and the soonest I could get there was in October. Nonetheless… When I came in Tony took great care of me and make sure that I left with a perfectly functioning I phone 5S and I am super happy that I was able to get it repaired there! Reasonable rates but great customer service. Thank you for being flexible!

My husband previously had a good experience and has been recommending DSF to many people. However, we won’t be recommending them again. I brought in my iPhone 5s before a trip because the battery was dying in about 8 hours. No other issues whatsoever. After several trips back, I was first told that the charging port had been fried, then they couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I was eventually told that my phone is now «unfixable», aka I have to go buy a new phone. No one even apologized to me for breaking my phone, instead he talked to me like I was stupid. Things like «it’s difficult to understand» I was shocked– that’s honestly the thing that I’m most upset about– how I was treated. It sounds like a lot of people have good experiences, but just beware if you go here they might break your fully functional phone and not even apologize.

Drop, Smash, Fix is the best place to go for quality repairs to your broken phone. They repaired my son’s phone within 24 hours for a reasonable price.
It’s also great that they are located right across from Trader Joes on De La Vina.

My friends started placing bets on how long my phones will last, because I would be locked up for life if killing phones was a crime.
I’ve gotten my screens fixed here a shameful number of times, and every single time I have walked away satisfied. The guys who work here are professional and super fast. I’ve dropped off my phone before with an hour estimate, but had it done much sooner than that.
Oh, and they put on a movie for you if you decide to wait there. I’m a sucker for Despicable Me.
