Fast and very simple with them. Told me it was gonna be ready in an hour and it took no longer. Very satisfied went in just to fix my cracked screen and pretty much walked out with a brand new phone baby!

I’ve honestly have had a couple of problems with this store. Went in to pay my phone bill and everything seemed to go fine. When I got home the phone still had no service. When I went back to the shop they told me to call my cellphone company because they couldn’t do anything about it. When I called, the company told me that my payment wasn’t even submitted! This has happened more than once. Another time I came in to activate a cell phone and was told that the phone was «locked», so that couldn’t activate it. They still charged me the activation fee and the month of service on my phone. I went to another store and they activated the same phone just fine. Would not recommend this place.

Girl behind the counter was rude and condescending. She had zero personality and didn’t know why she was talking about.

Took my iPhone 4S in because the power button was stuck. They fixed it in less than 1 hour, replacing the part. Quoted me $ 45 and charged me the same. Knew how to repair and had the part. Didn’t overcharge me. Done.

Took a quick look at my iPhone 4 and informed me I had water damage. Thanks for your time Francisco. I went in to get my front and rear glass replaced. After finding out that my phone was toast, I saved myself some time and money. I appreciated the honesty!

I didn’t personally go to Celltek, but my wife and baby daughter took my phone to get the cracked screen fixed. She implored me to write a review because the experience was fantastic. I dropped the phone multiple times and the phone was unsalvageable… or so I thought. The staff was great to both of them, and within an hour, they had fixed my phone back to near brand new level. If, more likely WHEN I break my phone again, I’ll be coming back to Celltek.

Great fast service. Everyone who works there is very friendly and accommodating. There prices are hard to beat which helps a poor college kid. It only took about an hour to fix my iPhone, can’t go wrong with these guys

Goog guys, quick, reasonable, professional, knocked out a fromt and back screen replacement on my 4s in no time.

Came in with shattered iPhone screen and am waiting on repair right now, which they said would take 30 mins. Were able to fit me in right away on a Saturday late afternoon, which is appreciated. Good customer service so far and $ 5 off for writing this review while I wait!
Finished within 20 mins and my phone is like new. Impressed. Highly recommend!

Tucked in next to the habit but pretty easy to find. The person we spoke with was friendly and the wait was short (40minutes). They offer an Axxess deal so bring your card!

Thankful for these folks fixing my phone within 30 – 40 minutes. Wasn’t sure how much to expect to repair an iPhone 5 cracked screen, so at first the $ 105 sounded steep. Then I did some research and found out this was lower than most estimates at other places. Helped to have an Axxess card too! Thanks ya’ll!

Sister-​in-​law broke her iPhone while in the US. The repair was reasonably priced and the service was quick and professional. I highly recommend this store if you need any repairs. Be sure to bring your Axxess card!

Such a quick fix on my phone. The tech there was friendly and efficient. My Samsung galaxy s3 looks better than it did before definitely will be recommending the services in the future to anyone who needs them.

I have had 2 iPhones repaired here. One for a new charge port (yep, I went in the pool with it) and the other for a glass screen replacement.
They have parts you can buy too if you want to try and do it yourself.
My phones were repaired and I never had any trouble with them.
The reason for 4 stars has to do with the expectations set. «Come back in a hour and it will be done.» It wasn’t done in an hour, or two hours. Just under 3 hours but only because I decided to wait there after the second trip back. I wouldn’t mind if it took overnight… but if you say an hour I’m going to expect it in an hour.
The timeframe mostly had to do with friends coming in and distracting the repair people. Plus, having to address new customers that come in.
Even though the service is a bit off, I would recommend you get something repaired here.
They guarantee their work but you must save your receipt.
