Rented the truck, parked it at our rental, loaded it up for 5 hours and the battery died. The truck was NOT on and later noticed they had the smallest car battery in their 26′ truck. Called the 800 number and they were sending the road side truck to help. I called the 800# back to file a complaint and the customer service representative laughed and hung up on me. I was appalled. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who was going to «file my complaint». 3 WEEKS LATER and this still isn’t resolved. Chris G with their customer service department offered a $ 30 uhaul credit. I don’t want or need uhauls services! I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted my $ 100 truck rental refunded. He said «NO». Do not use any of their sites! I will never recommend their company and will never be using them again.

While this location is small, it offers more than enough of what you would need. Such an abundance of boxes, tape, bubble wrap, mattress bags, you name it, they have it! They have things that you wouldn’t really think you need for moving. The man that worked there was very helpful, informative and told me about deals I can get based on the amount of boxes I need. He didn’t try to over sell or anything.
He even helped me see if the box would fit in the back of my tiny smart car… Unfortunately it didn’t, but I’ll be returning with mom in the morning to get all stocked up in her car. I did purchase 2 queen sized mattress bags. Less than $ 4 a bag, their prices are a steal! Amazon sells bags and boxes for SO much more! Their boxes run from $ 1.50 and up if you want individual ones based on size, but the size box you get is huge for less than $ 2 each. If you buy a bundle it’s also much cheaper. Happy camper.

Ok, let me start this off by saying this establishment gets two stars only because of the fact that they let my friend park the rental vehicle on site instead of storing it in front I our friends house for a week.
That being said…
*WARNING COLORFUL LANGUAGE AHEAD*
A friend and I went to rent a truck from this location. Upon arrival they were quick to help us. The service was friendly and it seemed everything was going to go smoothly. WRONG the woman at the desk swipes my friends card and it seemed it was declined. So she swipes it once more, same thing happens. My friend hands her another card, same thing, swipes the card again, same thing. So 30 minutes later we leave triumphant. Until my friend tries to make a purchase. To our surprise both those cards were declined. Phone call was made to the credit card company, it seems the card was charged multiple times launching a fraud alert. Upon further investigation it seems that the card was charged multiple times for the full amount instead of the $ 100 security deposit. So it goes without saying that I will be more careful with whom I trust with my credit card.
