This place is good if u want attitude for something you ordered and payed for took 20 min to get my drink because they forgot and I ask them and they get mad. The girl next to me ordered and payed for 5 drinks for 4 went back for the 5th one than they have her attitude saying she only payed for 4 than they tryes giving her a smaller drink I felt sorry cause she had to wait even more than me cause she wanted what she payed for.

25 minutes stuck in drive thru. No way to back up. Terrible. Nice employees but they need to speed up the process.

35 minutes… For one pikes… How does it take 35 minutes for a pikes. This place consistently is so slow on service. When I talked to someone about how it takes so long, I got ignored. Literally ignored. I usually try to avoid putting bad reviews down because I know how strong it stays but this place was ridiculous. To top this all off, the guy who took my order cut me off. Customer service a solid 0⁄10. I can’t believe this place.

This is the closest drive thru to my house. They get my order right about half of the time. I’ve probably talked to two nice people that work there, everyone else seems to be having a bad day. Since they get my order wrong most of the time, I end up at the walk in Starbucks down the street. They are always super nice, especially Tabra, but since they get so many mistake orders from the drive thru I’ve stopped going there. Just sucks to have to turn back around and wait again to get a correct order after I’ve waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru and be greeted with rude employees.

Always a great experience, like a Starbucks experience. They make your drink right, and fast the first time. Yes sometimes they can make a mistake, but with both rushes with a drive thru it’s understandable to be human. They take care of mess ups with grace. All the coffee masters(black aprons) are quick, smart, and team leaders! I love this starbucks!

This Starbucks location never disappoints me with this drink! I go out of my way to come to this location. Taylor at the window was very nice as well.

This Starbucks always gives good service they have even remade my drinks that other stores have made wrong they remake it with a great attitude !! Also they gave me a free drink when they were out of the stuff to make another drink I wanted. I recommend them plus there open 24 hours so that’s a plus.

One star for being open 24hrs. Every Time I come here I am NEVER satisfied with the way my latte’s taste, no point in asking for them to remake them either… still tastes like shit.(Probably cuz they always have the same person remake it). Why do I keep trying to like this place!!! It’s always upsetting to pay over 5 $ for a shitty latte.

This is in no way Starbucks fault, but it would be nice to sit out side enjoy the sun and coffee without being bugged by people hitting me up for what ever

There are so many homeless people milling about at this location, using the restroom constantly, and smoking right outside. Additionally, I’ve had my car banged on by a lady who was clearly living in her car, which was parked in the tiny parking lot. She was yelling all sorts of profanities and telling me to get out because she was there first(sorry I don’t live in a Starbucks parking lot?). Starbucks is responsible for their parking lot and what happens in their parking lot. I wouldn’t come here again until they’ve taken the steps to improve the experience.

After a long wait in the drive thru 30+ minutes with only 6 cars in line, we were handed a cup covered in chocolate syrup on the outside(see image) which the employee at the window then decided she would fix by just putting another cup over the dirty cup. We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie which was the dry, hard, and cold… Which was weird since we asked for the chocolate chip cookie warmed up. This was the sloppiest and slowest service I have ever received at ANY Starbucks I’ve visited. Very disappointed! Our frap was so watery we had to throw it away.

Came here after work with my wife to enjoy a nice cup of joe. although she doesn’t drink coffee! We usually don’t go to Starbucks often but we wanted something sweet n’ warm and to use our gift cards that we’ve been hoarding for some time! We weren’t sure on what to get but decided we’d go with the Peppermint Mocha with non-fat milk, however by our mistake we intended to get a frappuccino version of the drink, despite the colder temperature outside but actually received the hot/expresso version. It was completely our mistake but figured why make a fuss, let’s stick with it and enjoy our drink! The drinks weren’t too bad however they were a bit on the cold side but I am aware that they are only allowed to heat up the milk to a certain temperature unless you ask for it to be extra hot(which we didn’t). Aside from all that, the overall store was very clean and friendly… The service was extremely fast but it could have been because there weren’t to many people in the shop.

I come to this particular Starbucks almost every morning before work. Here’s the secret to beating that god awful drive thru line — download the Starbucks app on your smart phone and use the mobile order feature. It is a godsend of an app feature. Order 5 minutes before you get to the store so all you have to do is go to the bar and pick up your stuff. That’s it. And it takes off the added anxiety of having to explain all of the customizations you want. Am I the only one who gets nervous about pissing off the baristas with their drink order because in your mind it seems so huge but it’s probably not but you still freak out a little anyway? D: Okay, but seriously — mobile ordering will save you tons of time. You’re in and out of the store in less than 30 seconds and it’s glorious. As far as this store goes in terms of quality, it’s fine to me… pretty much the same as any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Service is decent. And yes, parking can get tight during morning rush hour because there are a whopping ten(maybe a little less) spots available within a teeny tiny lot. But hey, if that pisses you off enough, just go to the Starbucks just on the other side of the freeway…:P

There are 4 starbucks on this street all within two miles of each other. Here, they seem to always mess my order up for some reason, and they have major attitude as well when you KINDLY request them to fix it… Everyone who works here seems miserable. Parking is limited(like 10 spaces, non handicap) and the drive thru is really only accessible through one entrance if busy(which is a lot) If I were you I would just go the next light up and receive way better service.

This store is rad. Power mats, fast service and cold brew coffee on demand!!! So far I have met Dani and Jocelyn, they’re both excellent employees so I’ll definitely be tipping(when I carry cash). I ordered a custom drink and they made it perfectly, whereas most other stores do not make it up to par. Thanks fam.

I mostly only go through the drive thru at this location. This morning, however, I was running late to work so I had to run inside. The lady taking my order was not nice at all though. It was as if she was yelling at me and the other customers there! Girlfriend calm down! You don’t have to yell at us! That may be the way she talks, but I did not like it. I’m sticking to the drive thru at this location so I can avoid her at all costs!

If you are desperate for a shitty coffee at 2am and you don’t mind driving home without your self esteem, come on over to this pit stop off the 55. The window baristas can’t be bothered; why should you? Their attitudes are rotten, they leave a nice, thick layer of mud at the bottom of your iced green tea latte, they give you plenty of whipped cream after you ask them not to add it, and if you want to hear the deepest, most sustained sighs short of a bad porno, order something to eat. The wait time is butt, especially if you’re waiting behind someone the baristas actually choose to like and talk to FOREVER(is it every 100th customer? tell me the secret!), and speaking of butts, you get a nice, long waft of cigarette smoke as the patio tables are situated right outside the drive-thru window. So go ahead and order that venti doppio without a hint of guilt, then go home and curse their houses while you fill it up with your own milk. Bastardos.
