Lack of 1 star due to no lake… even though the trail is called Lake view trail. Other than that it’s a great hike! The whole trail from beginning to end took me a little over two hours, I had a seven month old puppy with me but he walked the whole thing himself:) distance wise I think it’s about 6 miles to circle the whole entire thing. It was sunny today so I got pretty dehydrated… Make sure you bring your own water. The trail is not concrete or asphalt so you will need good pair of shoes! The parking is not free inside this trail but you can easily find other street that connects to various entrances of this whole hike. We were lucky enough to Find someone that was willing to hand us over their one-day parking pass after they finished their morning hike!
