Went in on Monday to get my prints taken. No one waiting, instantly greeted by the young girl in front. She asked me a few questions about what and where I’d be working and in doing so saved me an my employer over $ 40 bucks! In and out in under 20 minutes. GREAT spot if you need these services!

Lovely ladies running an efficient business. Called and got questions answered regarding Livescan service needs by a friendly receptionist. No appt needed and cheaper than going to Police Dept. Was in and out in less than 30, and had a pleasant conversation too. Would definitely return if I need another Livescan!

After a successful interview to start working with grade school kids as a tutor and mentor, I was given a form to get fingerprints done with a location address and sent on my merry way.
I arrived in an unfamiliar area of Santa Ana and was directed by GPS to a Western Dental building across from Santa Ana College. This building is kinda old but houses many offices besides just the dentist office downstairs. I took the rusty old elevator upstairs and was greeted by a bright smile that belonged to the owner of this fingerprint place, Ms. Michelle Smith.
The process itself was quick and painless. Folks, there were no ink pads and forms. She took my license, scanned in my info, had me scan me each finger, then roll each finger, and everything was electronically processed in under 5 minutes and for $ 35 which my employer will happily reimburse. The fingerprints take 2 weeks to process and there’s no mess, no fuss, and most importantly, no disgusting ink stains on your fingers. I love it!
Michelle’s shop is pretty tiny (about as big as a small dining area) but she offers notary services, copy services, and lots more. All finger print machines are thoroughly cleaned after each use and each employee is FBI certified. Live Scan also offers ink pad finger printing if you so desire or your employer desires.
