Absolutely delighted with the service we received. My Family & I had an emergency & needed advance directive notarized a.s.a.p. I contacted Mr. Penn & explained my situation, he was able to meet us at our home in less than 30 minutes (he probably would of met us sooner but we were stuck in traffic.)
