Don’t waste your time with this doctor or anyone in this office they are totally incompetent. We wasted hundreds of dollars on a doctor (Dr Terzakian) who didn’t perform one phone call. His bedside manner is awful!!! I had to call 4 times and no response. To get a refill. I called a 5^th time and the idiots who run the front desk told me they left me a message. at a number I’ve never heard of! People like Dr Terzakian make doctors look bad and we regret ever contacting him. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Sitting in the lobby after being checked in. Then the MA (Yalit is her name) calls out my husbands first and last name out in front of 7 other patients! HIPPA!!! We get to an exam room. I say you can’t call out people’s full names, that’s a HIPPA Violation, she replies «oh, I didn’t know that». Very surprised, i then said, please only call us by last name. I’m a little nervous, and I will leave it at that. On a positive, clean, nice and friendly. Dr. Was great. Took his time, was very pleasant and we like him.

Doctors are nice and knowledgeable, however, the front desk has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in any doctors office.

I can’t comment on doctors, however the staff is so unprofessional and grossly incompentent. Avoid Christian the office manager as he will tell you one thing in writing and then not make good on his words. He then tries to cleverly write his way out even when you have overwhelming proof of what he tells you. I asked to have my records forwarded to a new doctor and in writing he said they would do that free of charge. Then after I dropped off the request form they notified me there would be a $ 35 charge. Christian lied to me when he said it would be free. I can see by other comments that I am not alone when I can honestly say that this is the most sorry excuse for an office staff I have ever dealt with.

Do not go to Dr. Greenberger! He is the absolute worst Urologist in Orange County. Yesterday, i had gone to my scheduled appointment to see Dr. Greenberger. However, when signing in, the staff notified me that Dr. Greenberger had discharged me as a patient. When i asked for the reason why, he said: «I don’t have to give you any reason, i just don’t want to see you anymore!» I was so shocked to hear this. This center has zero patient care. Do not waste your time to see this Doctor. You never know when they will discharge you!

Garo M. Tertzakian, MD is a top notch highly skilled urologist. I give him 5 stars. I have a very complicated pelvic region with numerous colorectal surgeries. He is very knowledgeable. He is blunt and direct but truly cares about resolving an issue. I like that no nonsense approach.
I thought I was out of options for a urinary issue but he suggested BOTOX into the bladder. Not all urologists are trained in this approach. It was the BEST thing I ever did. I am due to have it repeated and can’t wait.
I gave only 4 stars because the office staff is not the best at responding to messages.

Dr is great, however, without a doubt the WORST staff to deal with. Poorly run, no organization, no returned phone calls.
Don’t bother

The receptionist staff is not helpful. I called and left a note twice to schedule a surgery, and no one got back to me. Dr. Peace didn’t seem interested in treating me. He was late to two appointments and even late to my surgery. This was a 3 month experience that could have been minimized to 1. The way they handled thing are unprofessional. If you have other options for a urologist, do it! I do NOT recommend Dr. Pearce or this office in general at all.

Dr Pearce and his staff left us to die ! It took two months to find out that he would not do a kidney cancer operation while the cancer was growing. He takes the insurance we have. Dr Peace and his staff should be in jail. After getting the operation from another doctor, the other said we we’re close to death. These people don’t care about patients

Absolutely disgusting how he has people give a good review from his office. Dr. Pearce had his receptionist call me after I sent him an email explaining that his services and «bedside manner» as a doctor are less than satisfactory.
I might just go to his office and stand outside with a sign telling others of how he left me to die because he didn’t want to perform my surgery.

I researched this office via the Internet after getting disgusted with the direction my appointments were going in south county. I selected Dr. William Pearce based on his credentials. I reviewed his credentials with my wife. She has worked for doctors for over 40 years. She was impressed.
The facility was nice, and the staff that I met was nice. Dr. Pearce came in, introduced himself and we talked about what was going on with me. I told him what my opinion was. He did his inspection and we discussed the possibilities and next step.
As I was leaving I asked one of the staff what would happen next. She explained very nice what I could expect.
What a pleasant experience, I told my wife. Good start!!!

I have been to urologists all over California for 30 years as I have a kidney condition that makes stones almost monthly. I have never been treated so badly anywhere as I had at this place. William Pearce looked in on me 2 times then shut the door without saying hello. One of the times he picked up my KUB xray I brought as directed. 2 hours later he walked into my room, looked at my chart and said I have terrible insurance that doesn’t pay well. He was angry the KUB was not very good and said «What the hell am I supposed to do with this crap? It doesn’t show what I need!» Again, never said one word to introduce himself. Within 5 minutes of reading my file and complaining about my insurance and how slow it takes to get an approval for the surgery I needed he states he didn’t want my case. At one point I asked what I could do to speed things up with the records arriving. Call on the phone to the insurance? Go to the hospital and pick them up? I stated I would help to move things along and even apologized my insurance did not pay well. He said I was lecturing him! He got up and said find someone else and walked out! I was crying from the pain already and this cold, careless, money hungry doctor was upset my insurance wasn’t going to pay him enough! I was told by an assistant to wait in the lobby (I had already been there almost 3 hours combined). I was crying to hard and said I needed a room to compose myself first. They brought me to another room where Dr. Stephen Williams came in. He appeared concerned and comforting. He told me to go to St. Joseph Hospital ER as I was clearly in too much pain. I was admitted immediately as they saw the condition I was in. Next day I had the surgery. Stints were placed in too. 3 days later I saw Williams to have the stints removed. Again, a 2 hour wait. After I was finally placed on the table, I could not believe Williams yanked so fast and hard to remove the stint in me. I have had a dozen stints removed and never yanked. He tossed it in the sink and told me to see my primary he was done. (I guess he finally realized how little the insurance paid too). I was in so much pain from that I waited 2 hours and my daughter drove me to the ER where I spent another night. His action ripped me inside and it took a week before I could urinate on my own. AVOID THIS OFFICE! DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE! The front desk is rude, those that answer the phone kept me on hold for over 10 minutes every time I called. The attitude of the doctors shows in the employees. The only nice one in the entire place is the operations manager Christian who appears to clean up the mess the doctors and staff create. When someone needs good urological care find any place but here.

I had a laser prostate enucleation and resect done by Dr. Garo Tertzakian and could not be more pleased with the outcome. Dr. Tertzakian’s skill and compassion as a person and as a urologist is simply amazing and I recommend him and his staff at AUOC without hesitation. Coupled with Dr. T is his amazing assistant, Mayra, in the Santa Ana office. whose professional demeanor and compassion for the men and women who come her way, are superb! Kudos to you all!
