I was really well looked after in here. I had a problem with a game I’d bought (Dragon Age: Inquisitions — text in game too small to read) and Mark the manager (owner?), offered me a trade-​in offer for a new game that was very good. I guess he didn’t have to do this but he wanted to make sure that I, as a customer, was happy.
I got a new game, which I’m very happy with, and I’ve signed up as a Gamestop member because of how I was treated.
Also this place has a great selection — they’ve always had any game I’ve inquired about.

I liked gamestop and the only think bad about them is there return policy. So know what you want cause your not getting your money back or exchange to a better game. «Walmart «buy it don’t like it money or exchange available that’s service. I still use gamestop for all call of duty games PS4

Fantastic service. There are other local Game Stop stores on the Peninsula but this one shines. Had a small issue with a game and it was handled professionally, quickly, and hastily. The staff at this location make it my first choice for game related purchases.

The manager here is awesome!!! He is always friendly, extremely helpful, takes his time with his customers, never makes you feel stupid for asking questions. Kudos to you. He is the main reason I don’t mind going to get games for my boys. Thank you.

I love this gamestop! I wish i didn’t live in Salinas, because most of the ones there are horrible. But this one is great, and every time i call or go in, i get outstanding customer serivce from the guys there. They’re always helpful and nice. I would recommend this gamestop to anyone in the area.

Great shop. Has all the latest releases, along with a ton of used games for almost every gaming system known to man. It is almost always busy so service will be slow. If you have a question ask for Jeremy. That man has more video game knowledge than 10 of us. Thanks for the great recommendations.

They have a lot of midnight releases which is great. Customer service wise, they’re miserable motherfuckers, but they don’t show it as bad as some of the one’s I’ve been to.
This is about as good as it gets for a Gamestop, and yes, a three star is as a good as they get for them.
