Notary To Go

This would have been a really awesome idea although I needed a notary quickly. She called me back over an hour later setting me up for a 5 – 7 pm appointment and by that time I had already found another notary that could help me asap. Maybe next time the schedules will work out better. She was very friendly and texted me which is awesome and easy way to communicate!

Olin was absolutely wonderful yesterday evening when he came to my office to provide over 100 signatures and stamps for my boss.
We had document issues that needed to be reprinted, and then printer issues that meant we got one page every 30 seconds or so. He stuck through it with us and was here for over two hours.
He was friendly, helpful, and never once complained about how late it was getting. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a notary, and will use him again for anything I would need notarized whether it be personal or for business again.

Great and fast service. Came to our home less than an hour after we called, on a Sunday! We will use Mr. Covington in the future for all our notary needs. The price was so inexpensive for home service. I highly recommend this company.

We had a situation where we learned last minute we needed notary services for international travel. I called Olin late into the evening and within 45 minutes he came to our rescue. Olin is very professional and has great customer service.

Recently we needed to have some documents notarized, Living Will, Trust, all that. Not exactly the most fun thing to do but necessary people! There were a bunch of signatures and forms to weed through and Olin was very helpful in getting us taken care of.
He helped me review the documents to make sure all were finished correctly and had some helpful tips about storing them off site. I found his prices to be reasonable, to have someone come to your home on a single day notice is kind of asking a lot but he showed up on time and ready to handle business. I’m not a very price conscious consumer, I’m sure you could pay less if you went to a store or something like that, but for the convenience, there is nothing better than a house call!
He even offered to waive part of his fee but I believe in paying people for their time so I paid him what he normally charges. I appreciate having a service like this and it made it super easy vs. going to a store during business hours and waiting in line. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again. This is not an expensive item and for the convenience it is well worth it, not to mention the privacy of not having your personal business on display for all to see at a store.

We needed notary service where my husband and I had to sign a paper but with two young children under age of 3 it is challenging to take them out and do a «boring errand» according to my children.
I contacted Olin and he got back to me within couple of hours. We were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. He arrived on time and the whole procedure was fast and professional. I can highly recommend. 10 $ for each signature and 15 $ for driving. Definitely worth using his service as many times I often forget some documents and I end driving back home to get them. Wasted time and wasted gas. With his service it will never happen to you as you have everything at home ;-)

Hmm. Told me to take my business elsewhere because I didn’t want to be charged $ 5 dollars to print ONE page? I was just trying to figure out if I was going to run out to a FedEx Kinko’s and have it printed for .80 cents vs. having him do it for 5 dollars. My ink is out, waiting for a delivery today. Then he said he would charge zero to print it, and then I said well lets split the difference at 2 dollars? He said we ‘weren’t communicating well’ and to take my business elsewhere. He was very polite about blowing me off though. So strange since I said I would pay for something he offered for free!
Yes, it’s a business expense and could have charged it to my company, just thought I’d ask for a better price.
I’m sure his services are good if he doesn’t tell you to take a hike!

Professional, timely, honest, cannot recommend highly enough. I was in a jam and needed to get some international documents signed quickly. Olin arrived on time, charged a fair rate and I’ve used him again since he was so great and flexible to work with.

Olin helped us out in a pinch with notarizing some of our adoption documents at my doctor’s office within less than 24 hr from my request to him. We needed a notary in a pinch today. Olin arrived within 30 minutes of our first phone call. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious under pressure. Olin Covington, a mobile notary, has traveled to the Kaiser Permanente offices in Walnut Creek four times to help us complete documents for an adoption. Each time he was on time, patient, professional (gentlemanly even) and in a good mood (except when the conversation turned to the previous administration). Totally recommend this notary. He travels to anywhere in the East Bay and beyond.
