After bouncing around trying to find a psychiatrist in the area for years, I finally found Dr. Banducci and have been a patient of hers for 8+ years. Her demeanor is very calming and every session evokes and builds trust, which is very important to me. She always goes the extra mile to ensure well-being and answer any(and all) questions I have. She cares deeply for her patients. Her front office staff is extremely friendly, flexible, and conscientious when it comes to appointment scheduling, billing questions, and prescriptions. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Banducci and the entire San Ramon practice.

Have been a patient for about 5 years now. Great doctor. Listens well. Easy to talk to. Helped get me through some tough times.

Seen by both me and my college-aged daughter for 4 – 5 appointments. Avoid! FIrst, her office staff is disorganized and unfriendly as well. Second, the doctor should not be in a clinical setting in my opinion. She talks incessantly and is oddly emotional. Honestly, both my daughter and I have thought that she seemed to need to be on more(or maybe less?) medication herself instead of prescribing for others. She appears really unstable, forgets details mid-sentence, contradicts herself, laughs and emotes at odd times, and is generally weird in a way that doesn’t engender trust. We’ve found her when we moved to the East Bay and needed a new doc for ADD meds. Fortunately, we have found another physician and won’t have to deal with this strange practice anymore.
