Extremely flakey. My dog has not been trained at all, complete waste of $ 650. Avoid at all costs!!! Learned my lesson about paying for a service upfront!

This past weekend I had a great experience with Tim of ECS dogs and the agility training offered by them. Tim was very patient and calculated on how we began the agility training for our dog. We started off with our pup being nervous and afraid of the beginning obstacles laid out, to flying through them in just over an hour. It definitely was valuable training for the dog AND training of the handlers! I’m excited to work more with Tim. Well worth the money!

2 stars just for the fact that they come to your home and offer a free demo. Only 2 stars bc unfortunately never got to use their services. Had an appointment for today at 11:30, which they called and changed to 11. They show up at my house around 10:30 and wait until 10:45 and then leave, didn’t even wait until 11. If you are like me and have things to do before or after the appointment, I don’t think this training service will work for you. If you could afford to keep changing your schedule around «just in case» they changed the appointment time or just showed up extra early, then go ahead and give them a try. Unfortunately I did not even get the chance to see if their trainers could of helped us with a few issues with my dog. Il keep looking for a training service that has set appointment times that they keep.

I have a 10 month old lab/terrier mix. He is very excitable and gets distracted easily. He jumps (and looks like frankenstein) when he sees people and other dogs. He loves them both. Rachel has worked with Gino for 4 sessions (three at home and once at the park, so far). She has been outstanding! She really knows her stuff. Rachel is never rushed and makes sure we understand the process. We have worked on jumping (also when the doorbell rings or someone knocks at the door), giving him boundaries, healing and approaching other dogs. Gino has made significant improvements. It’s amazing to watch her working Gino and after a long hour of training, he still likes her. :-) It’s definitely worth the money. But it’s very important that you, as an owner, have patience and work regularly with your pet. Thank you Rachel! Looking forward to more training sessions.
