What a great experience! Margaret O’Reilly, and her team at BWC, handled our refinance with ease. We signed all our paperwork on Friday night. We shook our heads afterwards… what a great feeling! They made it really easy. It saves us just about $ 400 a month, and we couldn’t be happier about that. I would (and do!) recommend Margaret to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

I have worked with Kim Pettigrew on numerous occasions when buying and refinancing my properties. I have always enjoyed working with Kim and I have always been extremely satisfied with the services and rates I have received.
