By far the worst customer service in the industry on the corporate level. Rude is being too polite. 0 stars should be an option. It took an hour to get signed up only to have problems and calls from corporate. They have specials for new customers but their systems don’t allow use of the Unilocal deal in combination or any coupon. Make no sense to be unable to use 1 coupon on a promotion when there is nothing about exclusions. Oh and don’t even think about refunds, even though there is nothing posted or otherwise in regards to that policy. Staff at this location don’t tell you about their full services so you have to guess what they offer. Machines are okay but they don’t have the same services at all locations so you have to ask what each location has. Overall I spent more time on the phone with corporate then I did tanning.

Ok so this review will be a little long because I’m thorough. I love this tanning salon. If you have called around and checked prices then you will see that the prices are very competitive. I was drawn in last year by an ad I seen on Facebook and upgraded to a better package after coming in and seeing the beds and pricing. I was originally just going to tan for the summer but was very happy with my results and decided to continue year round. The manager Amber was great and explained packages and pricing and was very outgoing and knowledgable. I love the color I have achieved tanning here. I have also used the Versa Spa which is their spray tan. It gives good bronze color and the color is even. I love the staff at this location. All of the young ladies that work there are gorgeous and have great personalities. They are friendly and outgoing and I love chatting with them before I go in the bed to tan. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She was very nice and easy to relate to. We had a nice conversation while she was there. Amber had a lot of great things to say about her too. If you are looking for a great location to tan with a friendly staff and excellent prices then I would highly recommend coming here.

Bought the Unilocal deal $ 20 for $ 50, went in to get a spray tan which was $ 35. For some reason, could not save the leftover $ 15. Oookay. Why have the deal then? Also the spray tan was very slightly blotchy and did not go on as fine of a spray as I expected for someone getting a spray tan for the first time. I have a complexion that tans easily with a yellowly olive undertone so it wasnt too noticeable but it might not be the best for someone going in super pale. Also wore off in like two days.

So far so good. The tanning beds are decent and the staff is friendly. I recently signed up for the end of year special which is a great deal for unlimited tanning. I don’t like the fact that I need to mail in a post card to cancel it though. Seems ridiculous if you ask me. Minus one Star for that :/

Very frustrated with the new owners. I went in to cancel months ago and they said they would take care of it as they had an easy cancel policy. The people working there were nice enough but they didn’t get my request done. I noticed they were still talking money out of my account and I called corporate and customer service. I was told the manager would be in meetings all day and I could leave a message. I asked her to email me. It took two days. She explained that I would have to use certified mail. ABSOLUTELY Ridiculous! Who does that? They are making it almost impossible on purpose in hopes that people will not follow through. It’s a horrible policy and I would recommend going elsewhere.

I subscribed for a 3-month tanning package. The facilities were OK, nothing special. The employees were aloof and I’d often wait up front for a few minutes before someone came from the back room to acknowledge me. It was a good deal for the package I bought since there was a grand opening promotion that waived the activation fee. However, I gave my credit card number for automatic withdrawal. After my 3-month contract ended, the company continued to charge my credit card. I called the store and the employee told me that her computer was showing that my card would be continued to be billed for both a 4th and a 5th month. She said there was nothing she could do and that I would need to call corporate and they«might refund me». Corporate is closed on the weekends, so I will give them a call during business hours. Quite a lot of work to make sure that my «contract» is terminated. Would recommend with caution.

I gave this place a try again when they had been bought by Australian Tan. Was hoping for a refreshing experience but was disappointed to see a girl I had seen working before they got bought who was rude and gave me the stink eye. When I asked to a tour, the blonde haired lady who I think was the manager look puzzled and said she could show me around but made it seem as though she was going to make it quick because she had better things do or wasn’t trained properly to show me around. Some of their beds looked new, their stand up though was definitely an older version and the place looked a lot cleaner. However, I was annoyed by the fact that this lady kept mentioning the Livermore location. I asked what their highest level bed was and she said«well we don’t have this one yet… But our Livermore location.» HELLOWEAREINSANRAMONARENTWE? Do you really think that I want to drive out all the way to Livermore to tan! No! Advice to the owners: Train your managers, hire new staff that don’t mug the customers, and work on proper selling techniques and don’t dodge my questions by talking about your Livermore location.

I usually deal with excellent kind service here but today i went in to do my usual membership nd my friend came along with me. She always comes along to sit in the room with me but today she was asked to come out of the room nd sit in the waiting area for me to finish my session. I understand if this was their normal procedure but this was the first time this has happened. I wasnt very happy and the way she was asked wasnt in a very kind matter. I left very unhappy this day.

Each Interaction with the staff has been excellent! Being a busy corporate mom of 3 and sometimes I need a some color and typically alway in a hurry! Every single time I have come in I am greeted with a warm Welcome, the best part the hours are good open to 9pm and the Spray Tanning booth gives a person a nice odorless color! Keep up the great Service ladies!

Don’t waste your money here! I signed up for a plan of about $ 100/mo(which is outrageous but manageable at the time) and had ONE month left but I needed to cancel for medical and personal reasons. I planned on paying off what I owed, regardless of whether I was still using their beds or not, but before I know it, I’m sent to collections for $ 580!!! And on top of that, there are some pretty snooty girls there and I never really got that great of a tan!

Well to start, tanning can really make you feel slim and fresh. I would prefer and suggest a airbrush tan over any bed however if you must tan, beds could do the trick! This place is really played out and looks outdated for its location(San Ramon) and beds aren’t the most fabulous for its really High prices… It shouldn’t take 6 – 7 tries to get a «little» color… Which then means you need to buy more starts and tan 6 – 7 more times to get the tan. So the beds aren’t the best quality from what it seems.
