My lashes look great! I am in love with them, they look very natural but also very long. I just found this place myself and am very satisfied, will definitely be referring my friends and family to this place. Thank you!

I read the Unilocal reviews and never thought I’d leave being unsatisfied with the look and feel of my lashes — not that there is much one can do after they’ve been applied except remove them and by the end I just wanted to leave asap. Sarah is unprofessional in her attempt to «educate» you on lashes. If your trying to build your clientele one shouldn’t make your clients feel stupid or bash other businesses. I was actually looking for a new technician. She is not gentle in her technique and a couple times pulled my lashes to the point where I flinched and then she blamed me for squeezing my eyes closed. Sorry, it was a natural response to pain. As I paid my eyes began to water and itch, I’m sure this was due to the fact that she taped my lashes to my skin and applied lashes to my lids — hence the glue feeling every time I blink.
My lashes are all the same, no length variation, so no natural look at all. In fact they feel very stiff and look fake. My teenage son looked at me and said «mom u look like the girls at Ball! As I paid, she told me the price she was charging was only for her repeat customers. I informed her the website is not clear and that the price I received was quoted on the phone.
I cannot speak towards the other techs, they sound good. However, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Nickole is ahhhmazzzing! My lashes always look great, and she is so sweet! I followed her here from her last location and her work is always consistent. She is so gentle, you can’t feel a thing and I practically fall asleep every time I get my lashes done. If you are looking for someone new I highly recommend her. I also really like the receptionist she is so sweet and accommodating. Last time I was there she ran out to meet a new client who was having a hard time finding the place. So with all that being said I’m a fan of the place!

I’ve gotten both a full set and fills here! krystle is amazing if your thinking of getting your lashes done I highly recommend giving her a try! You can just relax and close your eyes for an hour or so and wake up to perfect lashes! I got so many complements on my lashes after getting them done, every one wanted to know what mascara I used. around allergy season I can’t really wear eye makeup so it’s really great to be able to have the look with out the potential mess!

I purchased the groupon a few days ago called and got a next day appointment which was awesome. My appointment was with nickole she was super nice and answered all my questions I had read a few previous reviews so I made sure to let her know exactly what I wanted they turned out great more on the natural side which is fine with me.
On the down side with being on the table for so long (1 hr 45 min) I would expect the bed/​table to be a bit more comfy but besides that everything went great. ill update it I have any changes.

After a few refills I decided to get my lashes removed. I’ve noticed significant decrease in both the length and volume of my natural lashes upon removal and am pretty disappointed because all the lash artists say that it does not damage natural lashes upon removal.
Also, during my time as a regular client here, I have seen a different lash artist every time. Being a regular client whether it is at the hair dresser or dentist, we expect/​hope to see the same person that we trust so the staff turnover is a little frustrating. Especially because one time I was called to have my appointment rescheduled because the lash artist I requested didn’t show up to work. I was told to come in 2 days later to see Sarah but on that day, without notice, Sarah couldn’t be there due to an emergency and I had to see a temp lash artist. I understand that emergencies happen but just wish I would’ve been notified ahead of time instead of finding out when I showed up.
Not only that, the temp lash artist told me she could not accept card payments because she was not familiar with the system so I had to run across the street to an ATM. She also charged me more than my usual refill fee, which I was notified at the end of the appointment.
All in all, I probably will not do lash extensions again. The cost really adds up over time and the damage to my lashes took almost 2 months to recover.
Lastly, I am appalled at some of Sarah’s responses over Unilocal to unhappy clients. Often very defensive and sometimes even blaming the client. As a business owner and professional, I believe it is of utmost importance to stay composed even to the harshest complaints. I also think that client information should be kept confidential and not publicized, especially on Unilocal from the business owner.

I found this place through Living Social. One of the best decisions I’ve made. Sarah is such a doll and my eyelashes and eyebrows have never looked better.

My lashes are not even and they honestly look worse thank my real ones. With my real lashes at least they are full and you can see them. Feel like they rushed and really didn’t do what I asked for at all. Was so disappointed waste of money!!!

Couple days ago i had an eyelash perm at another salon and loved how beautiful it had turned out. My lashes are super long, dark brown with light tips. I was searching around and found this salon on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. Sarah did an amazing job and my lashes turned out exactly what i was hoping for! This is perfect for someone like me on the go with work and school and just wants a more natural look. This is also a very nice option for summertime. My lashes look as if im wearing a light coat of mascara and it really does open up and brighten my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes/​skin and i felt very minimal irritation and i mean very minimal which is completely normal.
The process only took about 30 minutes and i was also informed they do eyelash perms. I will most definetely be comming back in a couple months for a touch up. Thanks again Sarah, your the best!

I purchased a Groupon for a hydra facial and when I arrived for my appt, I was told they didn’t even have the machine for it. I was upset that I had gone there for nothing and wasted my day. The owner later messaged me saying she will send me a gift certificate that I could use later, then never sent it. I messaged her a week later saying I never got anything, and she said she would send it at the end of the day. One week has passed. Nothing. There is nothing worse than a business with no integrity.

Made an appointment for a full dramatic set, and called ahead when I realized I would be arriving 15 min late and they were very understanding. The lash artist (Gina I believe) was very pleasant & the space was pretty nice. I showed her a couple of reference photos of what I wanted but throughout the appointment while she was doing my lashes she gave me a lot of reasons why she couldn’t do them like I wanted. I have naturally pretty long/​strong lashes so I was a little disappointed for sure. The style of lashes that they do here are just more on the natural side. I was hoping for a dramatic strip lash affect.
While she was applying the lashes, there were parts where it was pretty uncomfortable and I could feel her pulling on my lashes & poking me because she must have used too much glue and gotten multiple stuck together, it also wasn’t smooth when she was brushing them with the spooly. The final result is very natural and long but not full, so it’s hard to see them from father away than 5ft. Up close they look ok. A couple of them are curved and run diagonal from my natural lashes. She used lengths 11 – 15 I’m pretty sure & an L curl style which is the curliest. Not sure if I’m fond of the curl, makes them look a little «spidery» next time I’ll request a D curl. Over all, I like them, they’re cute! But I’m not in love. Still way better than mascara.
Pricing-​wise I paid $ 120 which is completely different from what the website lists I’m thankful I didn’t have to pay $ 225! The woman I saw was really nice, not the style I was looking for. Maybe instead I will try their «volume» lashes that they offer next.

Updating my review in case you read the first one. Sarah contacted me and explained what was happening at the time. I was a small business owner and totally understand when personal emergencies occur there is no one to cover or help out on top of being worried. She offered to do my lashes so I went and she was fantastic. My lashes look great and she instructed me on how to care for them. I will be going back. The atmosphere is relaxing and the gals were are very nice.
Went twice, once for a set of lashed and the second time for a fill. My appointment was with the owner I believe the second time but she never got around to seeing me. She was so late and never really said much except «sorry». The other lady, whom I believe was new at this finally asked if she could do it and of course I said yes. If I had waited for my appointment with the original gal I would not have been seen for over an hour. I was not happy and on top of that she disappeared leaving me no way to pay since the ipad was down. Several lashes came out both times and so I am thinking with sooooo many other places doing the same service I will go elsewhere. Too unprofessional for me.

1 yes I did the mall lashes and I liked the at they looked except for the fact they were attached to my lids.
2 your tech did remove glue from #1 experience but it was only one small piece. I had let them rest between.
3 if my lashes were damaged why did she still try to give me extensions? She never mentioned her concerns to either me or you.
4 I removed the other review of 2 out of respect that you tried to redo the lashes. I did not even mention my sterile concerns that I will omit as I said I would. Let alone mention the music choice that offended me.
5 please do not attack another Lash boutique. You have no idea how or what she did. That is truly tacky and unprofessional. My before and after photos should speak for themselves.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I tried out their services and was given a new set by a tech who did not have much training. You could not tell I had eye lashes applied. I contacted the owner and she redid my eye lashes. She was nice about wanting to provide better service. I did not like the lashes even though she raved about how good they looked. There were more in one side than the other and she used a lash that had a tight curl. What?! I never asked for that. She never even asked if that’s what I wanted. I never have even used an eyelash curler. Why would I want it that way? I recommend please show the tech what type of lashes you want. And make sure your on the same page before any work is even started.

I want to preface this review by saying that my lashes look great. I had a livingsocial for the natural mink lashes and they are lightweight and look very nice.
Their online scheduling system is a bit wonky as you can request an appointment, but then you need to wait for them to accept it. My first request was rejected, I believe because I requested Sarah and she accepts limited new clients. I called and left a voicemail but didn’t receive a call back so I scheduled another appointment online with a different technician and it was accepted a couple days later. Though I don’t believe it was the same technician who ended up working on me. I requested Hilary, but I think the person that did my extensions was Gina.
Gina was very nice and took her time working on me. She seemed to know a lot about lashes, though she may have been new to this particular salon as she didn’t seem to know how to check me out to redeem my voucher. I think eyelash glue might have gotten into my hair as I noticed something stuck in my hair on my way home. I was able to disentangle it a little, but I still ripped out some of my hair trying to get it out. I’m sure this was an unfortunate accident and is not the norm.
I’m not an avid eyelash extension person, so I may not be the best reviewer. I’ve had it done only once before, eight months ago. I’m still trying to decide if it’s worth the maintenance and cost. Flutter n’ Such does seem on par with other eyelash extension vendors in terms of pricing. I would probably come back if I decide to do an infill.

Lashes look good so I give it 3 stars for the quality of work.
BUT they are disorganized and don’t know how to manage a salon or small business. My appointments are always being rescheduled by them, either a mix up in scheduling, personal issue or someone called in sick. I’m tired of rearranging MY schedule for services I pay for. Am I not the client? Going elsewhere that is reliable.

Came in today for eyelash extensions and Lisa did an AMAZING job! They look so natural (like I asked for) but with that little extra length and pop my eyes needed! And they are so light, I don’t even feel them.
She was so nice, we talked and laughed about our pets the whole time. The salon is very clean and comfortable, I felt instantly relaxed walking in. Will definitely be going back for my fill in a few weeks!

After a silly miscommunication, I had my appointment with Sarah this morning for my very first set of eyelash extensions. I told her that I had a wedding coming up this Saturday (my aunt is getting married and I’m a bridesmaid) and she was able to deliver such a beautiful look for it!
She is super friendly and easy to talk to — She taught me about how to make the extensions last longer and gave me advice about other skin/​beauty-​related issues. I honestly didn’t even notice the hour go by! I really enjoyed the whole experience — her room is very warm and welcoming, with soft music playing in the background.
As far as the actual application, she was quite gentle and I barely felt her applying the lashes. That was super nice because I was definitely nervous after hearing some horror stories from friends who have had other stylists/​estheticians do their lashes. Sarah even gave me a sample of a moisturizer for my sunburn, which was not related to my appointment at all. She is super sweet and I’m happy I came to her for my lashes.
I made an appointment to come back in two weeks for an infill. Sarah made my lashes a bit longer for the wedding so that my eyes would pop more for all the pictures. I am extremely happy with my finished look — I am excited to come back and also eventually see her new studio/​shop!

Only reason why I am giving two stars is because the owner was understanding and nice after my complaint.
I went in a couple of weeks ago for lash extensions and was not pleased with the results. I called the owner letting her know — luckily I was able to go back for a fix/​touch up. Two days later, my lashes started to go in different directions. Oh, and not to mention, my eyes felt sore after she applied the lashes. I think it was from TAPING my lashes back to apply the lash extensions. My lashes are botched. They look I have used fake lashes on that have been recycled for weeks. I can see blobs of the glue in the lashes. Not happy with these lash extensions.
I would recommend reading other reviews before giving this spot a try.
