They have counseled and enlightened us where it counts and as a result our businesses continue to grow and prosper. Really, they have dug in with us on strategy and supported us as we have come from start up status and continue to grow with us as an expanding business

Alphagraphics is excellent! Truly, the best printing business that I have ever worked with. I definitely give them 5 stars for their professional graphic design, excellent customer service, and prompt delivery. So I work at Canadian Solar in San Ramon and we needed some banners for print. It all started with me calling the store, and Dick (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful. In less than 2 hours, I received a price quote (with 3 different options) via email. Tip: they offer volume discounts. So the next day, I received my design (all for free). I know other shops charge for design work and layout. Then, after I ordered the banners, Dick even offered to have someone drop them off. That was awesome. THank you!

After an unsatisfactory experience with another area printer I called around.
Though this was only my first visit, I was treated like a long-​time and valued client.
Maureen, a co-​owner, took the time to explore printer and paper options with me, and engage their graphic designer, a PhotoShop wizard, to help identify and fix issues with our brochure project.
Bottom line: The price was not only competitive with the ‘you do the work, we just print it’ (wrong) alternative, it was done right, complete with file adjustments, a higher grade paper and scoring on the folds.
I look forward to our next opportunity to work with them.
