History

Established in 1998.

Vedic Traditions was born out of desire to help, serve and teach.

As a Vedic Astrologer and Ayurvedic Practitioner I began my journey with the great masters of Vedic traditions, Hart deFouw and Dr. Vasant Lad back in the 90’s.

Vedic Traditions is part of an unbroken lineage which embraces not only Jyotish, but the whole of the Vedic Sapradāya, or tradition, as taught by the venerable guru K.L.Mantri, a man who is no doubt the most intelligent, spiritual and mystical man I have ever met.

Vedic Traditions is a portal for transformational consulting and learning.

I have been deeply immersed in Vedic studies since the 90’s and have been a teacher of Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology), Ayurveda (India’s indigenous medicine) and Sanskrit at the Vedic Vidya Institute in San Rafael, CA under the tutelage of the world-​renowned Hart deFouw.

I am also a certified teacher and tutor from A.C.V.A. (American College of Vedic Astrology).

I am a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute of New Mexico where I studied classical Ayurveda under the direction of Dr. Vasant Lad and my university degree is in philosophy.

I have taught Vedic Astrology, Ayurveda and Vedic philosophy to both students and teachers in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe. I maintain a busy private practice and teach in San Rafael, CA.
