Paul Morris has extensive exper­ience in property management, marketing and facilities services. Paul began his property manage­ment career following successful ownership of a Chicago advertising agency.

He joined a large San Francisco developer/​manage­ment company under contract as assistant facilities services manager, where he learned everything he needed to know about successful property manage­ment from seismic upgrades at various properties, shoring up of eroding embankments at the corners of buildings, pest control, insurance compliance, maintaining the safety and security of tenants, and everything in-​between.
