Go Green Mobile Service

The service they provided me was excellent. They were about 15 minutes late, however I wasn’t in a rush. They made sure of the service I selected and told me how long it would take. They provided the products and water. The only thing I provide was an electrical outlet.
Three people washed my car and they took about 45 minutes. I got the Deluxe Wash + Hand Wax and my car looks amazing! Very clean in the inside and outside. Also, their prices are reasonable. I got my appointment the same day too and it’s nice to know I can book last minute. Give them a try!

Now I don’t usually write reviews but for these guys I had to long story short I bought a used car that happen to be randomly infested with roaches yea disgusting so not only did these guys help me find the source they cleaned every nic an cranny in the car I mean left it spotless not only do I recommend they’re services I can’t wait to have them detail my car again oh yea an I made a same day appointment they showed up about 5−10mins early I didn’t even have to call lol great ppl

Great family run business! Attentive to the customer, the convenience of onsite service, and they keep the customer informed regarding everything they do! Earlier this summer they came to my house to take care of our kid hauling 6 year old Prius… both of my kids grew up in the backseat and left enough mess for 4 kids! Outside was pretty abused as well… Several hours later– the paint was smooth as silk, the interior was impeccable! Amazing job! 2 months later I had them detail the outside of my dads BMW at my office. Another wonderful job and convenience to match! I can’t wait until I have them take on our 10 year old minivan! Highly recommend– friendly family and professionalism to match! Easiest detail company to give 5 starts to! Customer for life!

Very nice family business. They politely and promptly answer emails and phone calls. Did an EXCELLENT job waxing and cleaning my 2006 Porsche. Didn’t push upsells. Thanks!

i’m not sure about Unilocalers out there, but with me i’m the type of guy that i believe it when i see it. As far as rating these guys def. will rate 5-​stars!!! i had my headlight restored at my nearest car wash (grand prix) and long story short they messed up and Go Green Mobile Service fixed what’s messed up and got the result I want!!! def. will recommend!

I had my new dodge charger detailed waxed etc. today by Jose and his Family and was very pleased with the exceptional job they did. They showed up on time and the prices are reasonable. I have an appointment to do my other vehicle and will have them come back for a monthly wash and detail as needed. I like to spend my money with family businesses whenever possible. This is a great family business! I called and was able to make a same-​day appointment. They were completely fine coming to me after my work day at 5pm to do the interior detail/​cleaning work. The 4 people who worked on my car were extremely hard-​working, really scrubbing and getting the dirt deep down. They use water-​based products, less-​toxic products which I really appreciate. What I also really like is that they have a machine that sucks away all the dirt and grime.
The car looked amazing even before they were completely finished! They did a MUCH better job at cleaning and detailing than the used auto dealership where I bought the car.
And of course I love supporting this sweet family!

They did a great job on my car, I had light mold issues due to a moisture problem that has since been taken care of, and a lot of other general filth due to having a toddler and a light interior. They were able to clean my car and make the interior look like new, so happy with the results and that they came to my house, so convenient. I would recommend to anyone looking for interior detailing (I did not have the outside of my car detailed because it wasn’t needed at this time).

I easily and quickly arranged an appointment via email with Heraldo to have the headlights on my Toyota Matrix restored. He came well within the one hour appointment window, set to work immediately and one hour later the clouded headlights were crystal clear. Excellent work!
This was such a positive experience, I’m not only looking forward to using Go Green Mobile Service again myself but am also recommending them to friends.

Firstly they gave me an appointment the day after thanksgiving — with a booking period of less than 24 hrs — amazing for a small business! They came within the 1 hr window and had a team of 4 cleaning the car spotless in just under 2 hours without cutting any corners (the standard estimated time was 3 hrs for a smaller cleaning crew).
Jose walked me through their interior cleaning process and the rates so there were no surprises when he saw our disgusting kid-​food-​crusted-​stinking car and only raised the fee $ 25 ($ 150 base = $ 175 total for interior detail). The car went from putrid to perfection — they really do scrub all the nooks and crevices with a sponge, brush, vacuum, and top it off with an extractor. They came totally self-​contained so no need for us to provide a hose, water or electricity.
But what is even better than all of it — is that it’s a real family business. Jose, his girlfriend, parents were there together. This is the kind of business that I want to support and would HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I were very impressed with Go Green’s interior detail of our car. We don’t clean it nearly as often as we should, so the grime was pretty piled up. Go Green shampooed our upholstery and SCRUBBED everything so that it looked brand new; the steering wheel and stick shift actually FEEL different, they’re so clean.
My one suggestion would be for the company to let customers know what they need to do the job (i.e., a shady spot) at the time customers make an appointment: I would have preferred to get my car into position before the crew arrived.
Overall, we were pleased. We’ll definitely be calling them again the next time our car needs a once-​over.

Fantastic job!!! Bought a used car recently, and wanted to get rid of any traces of the previous owners scent (heavy smoker). They cleaned the interior top to bottom, leaving it only slightly damp to the touch, which dried completely in about 2 hours. Also had the headlights restored which now look awesome. Overall, wonderful experience.

Was charged $ 50 for headlight restoration on my Lexus. They gave me a 1-​hour appointment window and came to my house as scheduled. The entire thing took under an hour and the lights look brand new.

I had my car detailed last week and they did a GREAT job. I bought a car and had cleaned it out (or so I thought) but I decided to get it professionally cleaned. I called a few places and stopped by but everything was totally booked. I called Go Green and they fit me in that same day and got my car so clean. I was shocked at how dirty it actually was. They explained everything they were doing and were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this company.
***Update***
Something they used left ugly white stains on my doors. I called them to fix the problem and they said they would call me back to meet up in a few hours and fix the problem. Never got a call, and when I called them again I got no answer. Happy with how they cleaned the seats and rug but now this product they used looks bad on my door form the inside. I’ve tried cleaning it with warm water and a rag, warm soapy water, car detail wipes and it will not come off.

Absolutely incredible work. I had a filthy interior from two child car seats (milk, crumbs, mold) and general misuse in a 10-​year-​old Xterra — and it looks brand new inside.
Service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I’ve detailed prestige cars myself so familiar with products and processes.
Selling car so I got the Living Social 50% off deal for clean inside, wash, cay bar and wax. I was expecting a great job for what was advertised as a $ 320+ service — especially as the car was only 1 year old and no scratches, marks or chips on it — just dirty.
Tried to schedule service 3 times over a week — leaving messages with no reply. Contacted Living Social to cancel but he then returned my call after they contacted him.
He arrived on time and was completely self sufficient (water, power etc). Wanted car on street — not driveway. The interior clean was good however they will not clean any marks on head lining (I did this myself after). Windows were clear of smears, but later found they had been waxed on the outside — should not be done to windscreens as it effects how the wiper blades work.
Close inspection afterwards there were lots of small black oil like marks on the paint — don’t know what they were or how they got there but a proper clay bar will remove anything like this on the paint and a hand applied wax would also remove them. Also appears they skip the ‘polish’ part of the detail and just put on a wax.
As the windows and windscreen also had wax on them (I don’t like this) I am assuming they are using a wash on wax — not a hand applied paste. I asked what they used and was told it was a special wax but didn’t want to show me.
So I had to remove the black marks on the lower panels and clean the light marks on the head liner in the rear.
They maybe ok for a wash and interior clean, but over $ 300 for what they did in a couple of hours is a joke. Even $ 180 was too much.

This business does a great job. Of course I have a great looking car to start with, but they sure made it look WONDERFUL.
I had been going to a place in Walnut Creek where I was happy but every time they missed a couple of bird droppings. With Go Green there were no misses. Tomorrow they will be doing my wife’s Honda.
I highly recommend.

I had to change my rating as I had a detail done yesterday. I had bought it through Groupon, $ 174 for their $ 349 detail package; I should have stayed with wash and wax, would have saved $ 119. Car is very smeared like it has grease on it.
I had great hopes for this company now I’m so disappointed…

A friend of mine puked in the backseat of my car Friday night. I called them Saturday afternoon and was called back within moments, and made an appointment for the next morning. They were on time and did a fantastic job — incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. The team of 3 turned my ancient 1988 Camry from a stinky mess into a clean and clean smelling wonder.
I initially chose them because of the low price and because they come to you; I’m really really glad I went with them — will definitely use them again!

Worst company ever. Please go somewhere else!
