Sent to them through hotel laundry service. The clothes that came back were in excellent condition and all the buttons that were broken by previous cleaners on my shirt has been fixed. Highly recommend them.

When you stop for a second and think about all the hard work they all provide to return to you a finished product in this case Dry cleaned garments you feel Grateful. The process is not easy, Ive noticed 5 Star Cleaners do a great Job! you can see right through the reception every single department, the tagging department that ensures you get all your garments back, a person who inspects the garments, to make sure that if it needs a button or a quick sew, than a pre-​spoting department that is needed to help boost the stain removal process, than you have the amazing Dry Cleaning Equipment, almost the Size of a room! Machinery that need to be maintained and adjusted by a very hard worker, than once it comes out it needs to be pressed, In my case personally I feel deep gratitude toward the people in the pressing department, due to the heat they have to be exposed on, even on hot days it’s hot in there yet they work hard so that our garments come just like new. than its double checked and pass through inspection. And finally it’s returned to us, Clean, bagged and ready to go. I really recommend this place for it’s quick service, professional and friendly. And they work with over 50 – 60 Hotels! The employees are always smiling since they work with a great Manager who to my opinion Will take care of you no matter what. If you get to meet Willy You will come back and bring all your friends. He will make sure your garments come back to you Super Clean! I really encourage all those who bring their garments here to take a quick glance at the plant, and send out your gratitude to the employees there by just smiling, I feel that way because I know their work is not easy and when they all put together their efforts its like a symphony and my garments will come back to me in great conditions!

If I could I’d give no star.
I have had used them with no problem before their change in management but now they havent done well at all first the lost my entire work suit which cost me about $ 108.00 plus tax and a work vest about $ 75. I can’t replace my work vest without a check and everytime I call I get an employee who knows more of whats going on then his managers. Their are also other co-​workers of mine who have lost full uniforms during this transition with empty promises of re-​embursment. I have given them plenty of time to fix the situation since January and NOW they have to stop goofing off and show all their costumers they care for our business with them.
