BB’s Laundromat is a brand new up-​to-​date self-​service laundry, open 7 days a week and is located in the Princeton Plaza Shopping Center next to Raley’s and across the parking lot from McDonalds. In addition to the coin laundry business, the store also offers wash-​dry-​fold service and dry cleaning drop off.

Laundry isn’t everyone’s favorite chore to do and that’s something we can help you accomplish in as little time as possible. Use our larger washers and wash all of your laundry at one time. And while you do your laundry, pass the time on our free wifi while enjoying a snack from one of our vending machines.

Are you too busy to do your own laundry? That’s not a problem for us. The friendly attendants at BB’s Laundromat will help you with your wash, dry, fold order.

I’m just going to tell you how it is. If you live in Oakland and you don’t mind a short 12 minute drive, or if you live anywhere else besides here for that matter. You should try this place out. It’s got a lot of parking and a beautiful view. Lots of food and shopping nearby with hardly any crazy people. I highly recommend this laundromat after trying many.

I don’t give any business a perfect 5. But this place is great. Neat, clean, and plenty of machines so there’s no waiting. There’s a person on hand if you need help. This is the first laundromat I have ever endorsed.

I like coming here because it’s close to home and it’s convenient that the washing machines take cards. But today as I was hanging around the single load machines I realized how dirty this place is. I have yet to see anyone actually clean any of the washing machines (ever) and I’ve been here at all hours. Although these single load machines may not get much usage, they should still be cleaned… its gross that it looks like stuff is growing on the inside cover corners.

This place has everything I need to wash my huge comforters. It’s in a convenient location, always clean, a resource person is always available, and the machine always work. The prices are doable and you don’t need cash. ATM machines are available for big washers.

I like this place less and less every time I come here. Seems like lately the place is dirtier and dirtier. The past 4 – 5 times I’ve gone the heavy set blonde chick is the one «working.» I have to go throw any garbage I have outside because all the bins are full when she’s there, dryer sheets all over the floor… I even slipped on one and almost fell the last time I was there. Carts are all over the place, no organization. A friendly hello would be nice, or thanks see you next time. The attendant just sits there on her phone, getting snacks from the vending machine and waits to clean until about closing time. The older latina lady and blonde guy were much cleaner and friendlier. Heard good things about the new place on Market ave in San Pablo.

This used to be my favorite place to go washing but it seems that sketchier and sketchier people use this place too. This is the second time that my bag (which costs $ 7 each) has been stolen, the first time it was my soap and bag and now my bag. I will have to find a new place to do my laundry if this happens again. Sucks because I really liked this place.

Love this place. Been coming here for more than a year. Conveniently located right off the freeway. There’s a Starbucks & Raley’s near by.
Everyone is super friendly, the 3, 4, 6 & 8 load washing machines take credit card.
Single load washing machine and all dryers take quarters only.
Free WiFi, Restroom, clean. Friendly patrons. Parking can be an issue during busy times.
I suggest coming in on a weekday morning or early afternoon.

Love this laundromat!
It’s so clean and the carts were nearly placed. I notice their washing machine accepted cards which is great when you don’t want a pocket full of coins. I wish the dryer were bit better since I’m so use to $.25 for 8mins. This one was for 5 mins. Other than that, it’s pretty peaceful inside lol

Haven’t gone to many, but this one seems pretty good. Always has machines available, and they take credit card for the washers. Otherwise, quarters for the dryer. Would be nice to have cc for both.

I really appreciate this place. I sometimes have huge amounts of laundry to do at once and this is the one location where I can easily park in front, use a credit card for the large machines (ask the attendant: it takes out $ 20 to start and then gives you back whatever you don’t use – convenient, IMO) and I always seem to find enough room to fold. The dryers are always functional and usually pretty fast. I will not use laundromats that have lame dryers that don’t stay hot.
The other customers are friendly and the people who run the place are helpful and gracious. What’s to not like?

This is the best laundromat intown. There is parking, its clean and safe. The washing machines even except debit/​credit cards which is nice if you dont want to waste time getting change. But you will need change for the dryers.
A variety of machines for small, medium, large, xlarge washers. Makes it convenient to get in and out.
I love taking my comforters here $ 6.25 to wash in a six load washer and $ 1.25 to dry in a super queen dryer.
Im sure i could stick my comforter in a smaller washer but i think clothes/​blankets get clean when they are not over loaded.
Nice to put clothes in or blankets and leave to either Raleys for shopping, if you have kids McDonald’s for the play area and Starbucks is walking distance. Very convenient!

This place is nice, always clean… however, be advised that their washing machines if not in use shut off at 9… so they really close at 9 not at 10 like they advertise… The female attendant advised me that even though their clock showed 3 minutes before 9pm, that clock was wrong, and if I started to wash the machine would turn off in the middle of my wash. I have been coming here now for almost 3 years and never knew this, so I thought maybe it was different at the BB’s next to the AM PM. The male attendant advised me that since it was 9:03 the machines may shut down on me but I could take the chance. So I took the chance of washing 2 loads, they finished in 18 minutes, leaving me enough time to finish drying them also… I was in and out in 45 minutes 9:48. So whats the problem allowing people to come in at 9 and doing their wash. If this is not an option — then state in your advertisement that you close at 9pm! So that people don’t waste time driving to your establishment.

Well the washing machine at home decided to stop spinning, which was most likely a result of over-​loading… A quick Unilocal search yielded a great, nearby laundry spot to try.
If you need a very fast, clean, and friendly washing experience, give this place a shot!
Sal was very informative, friendly, and professional. If my in-​apartment washing machine continues to suck, I will be coming back. This place will save you time!

Attempted to use the card that you left for me. The male attendant informed me it was worth $ 3.50. That is absolutely ridiculous considering I spent $ 10.50 to ruin my clothes in the first place. Approximately $ 100 worth of clothes ruined due to you not cleaning your machines, and you want to offer me a token of $ 3.50?
That is a joke and I’m not impressed.

I visited this facility on recently. Parked directly in front. Noticed a young man walking back and forth, watching me on my cell. So I decided it best to stay in my car, until he left area. The attendant, Sal, also noticed him. He came outside, and scanned the area for guy looking for trouble. I was elated to see this, he was doing his job, on the case, in and outside. Thumbs up for SAL!!!

This is my go to place for GTL!!!
There is always an attendant here which is nice especially if you are washing alone after dark.
Washers have credit card machines you will only need money for dryers which are 5 min for $.25 cents, free wifi, no hoodlums, clean and quiet place large screen tv a huge folding table with chairs incase you want to sit and fold.
Bathroom/​storage cleaning is kept locked but kept clean.
Pros:
–Clean laundry and clean clothes.
–Accepts credit cards.
–Free Wifi.
–Next door to Raley’s and restaurants.
Cons:
–Bathroom is locked so if no attendant youll have to go elsewhere (only happened1).
–Gets busy.
–No sink area in the lobby.

I was overcharged on my credit card originally. The laundry mat did correct the charges after I posted a review, but they really inconvenienced me by taking more than I was agreeing to pay. The manager contacted me later, but basically said it was a misunderstanding. How is it a misunderstanding? What is so hard about posting a sign that $ 20 will be charged to your card even when you were only agreeing to paying $ 3.50. And it took more than five days for them to credit me back. There were no signs in the laundry mat explaining that this $ 20 purse would be changed.
People who don’t have their own washer and dryer, normally have a very tight budget. I was unable to buy medication I needed because I had not budgeted for them taking $ 20 from my account instead of 7 (3.50 per washer). I am really uncomfortable with the business practices of this establishment.
