I have come to Phil several times. I always had a great experience. Today he fixed a broken mirror and charged me only $ 10 after materials.
I was able to get help right away and didn’t have to wait one minute.

First; Phil was/​is honest. Another garage gave this person an outrageous quote including work that didn’t need to be done.
Phil had the work done in the time he committed to and the work was done professionally. The car look like it was never damaged.

I ran over some construction debris on the freeway at around 80mph. It did some damage to my vehicle and I needed a body shop. Collision Craft was recommended by a family member so I chose them even though they were about 50 miles away from me. In short, it was well worth it.
The vehicle is a modified 2010 Audi A5 Premium Plus with S-​Line Package. The car has an aftermarket front mount intercooler, it’s lowered, has premium rims on it, the works. So giving up the keys and my car for a month was nerve reckoning.
Phil at Collision Craft kept me at ease throughout the whole process. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. He emailed me pictures when replacement parts came in and he was straight forward and honest.
My vehicle had a dented intercooler, the bumper was cracked, the fog light shroud was missing (probably on the freeway still), and that’s all i saw. Phil took a closer look, found out the fender had been dented, the fog light was cracked, and the plastic engine mud guard was shredded.
Phil ordered genuine Audi parts, he knew to order the correct S-​Line bumper (because it’s different than the regular A5 bumper, it’s the same bumper the S5 uses), he ordered the correct mud guard, fog lights, and he even contacted the aftermarket intercooler company and ordered me a replacement intercooler. The intercooler was made to order, so the car took about a month because the intercooler was the hold up. If it wasn’t for that, the car would have been ready in 2 weeks.
The new bumper was painted, the dented fender was fixed, fog light was installed, etc. The new paint blended right in and matched the rest of the car. The parts were installed to factory specifications and all the body lines matched back up perfectly. Phil even went out of his way and buffed my headlights because he said they were a little hazy. I didn’t even think it was that bad, and i’m pretty meticulous with my car. The rims weren’t curbed, the car was nicely washed and waxed for me. I couldn’t be any more happier. I will definitely come back if i ever need any body work done.

We took my girlfriend’s 15-​yr-​old BMW in to repair a dented quarter panel. They were great. Lowest bid, and the work was done exactly in the time promised. The paint matched perfectly, and the car looked untouched. Everyone was super nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Phil does only great work. I had a very expensive car with a front bumper damage. All other places wanted to only replace and paint a new bumper. Phil restored an existing bumper which now looks brand new. Really good paint job and helped me save over $ 1000

Great local body shop. They only do perfect work, and most of the times I see them working on brand new vehicles. Phil is a great guy but more importantly very knowledgeable! I recommend this body shop to all my family members and friends

Long Story Short,
My coworker backed up into my car, and Collision Craft came to check it out and gave me a quote. I didn’t hear from them for awhile because of the insurance that my company had was taking awhile to send a check, so both being patient, they sent the check over to Collision Craft and I ended up taking my car that got hit to a different body shop. But my other car, which I had fallen asleep in and magnificently screwed up the left side, needed repair. So I took it there and they let me use the credit from the previous car on it. I did have to pay extra, but that was for the extra costs from more damage! They gave me a huge break because, I am only a full-​time student and a part-​time worker, which extremely helped me out! I originally only paid for two new doors and paint, but they fixed my quarter panel to better than new, fixed my bumpers that had dents and cracks in them and repainted them! They’re amazing people who do AMAZING work! Thanks again!

I have to give these guys a Fiver — the bottom line is that they’re easy to communicate with, are willing to help find aftermarket and second-​hand parts (needed, in this case, because Ford has discontinued their parts for this 1996 Ford Ranger), and have been willing to help me with delivery and towing, etc.
My uncle had a stroke and smacked his truck. His auto insurance wasn’t willing to repair the damage because the vehicle was too old, so we were kind of cut adrift. We found Collision Craft by following leads from the auto dealers, who sent us to repair shops who really didn’t want to deal with us, since I was looking for a repair job to just ‘get by’. I know that this is sometimes asking a lot, but the guys at Collision Craft really were great about understanding what I wanted, working with me to meet those goals, and keeping me in the loop about all costs and decisions. They are even delivering the finished vehicle back to my uncle’s home, since I don’t live nearby.
They have been a pleasure to work with. I hate working on car problems, so they’ve been a breath of fresh air.
They work in a weird conglomeration of shops and warehouses down at the end of Broadway in San Pablo, and I had trouble figuring out their access codes. The first couple of times finding them was strange, but intriguing. This area must have been built back in WWI, but it’s a busy place. Cool.
