Dixine Davis is an esthetician and make-​up artist who runs a tiny shop located in the back of Elite Hair Design. Her services include:
* facials
* waxing
* tinting
* make-​up appication, lessons, and consultation
Dixine has over 30 years of experience and is excellent at what she does. I got a facial and brow wax, and had great results.
On a special occasion, I had her do my make-​up and was really pleased. I looked way better than when I walked in, without looking overly made up. Dixine knows a lot about beauty as former Miss South San Francisco, so I felt confident putting my face in her expert hands.
I wasn’t surprised to hear that she won «Miss Congeniality» years ago at her pageant. Dixine is personable and sweet, so all my interactions with her were fun.
