Fusion Beatz

Fusion Beatz has changed the way I think about group fitness– it’s incredible! Not only am I getting a real workout, it’s so much fun! I have a huge smile on my face every time I’m in class. I am doing this for 3 years now.
Instructors Sangita and Aruna are the best and alwyas full of energy… they know what each person’s needs are when in class and how to make them use best use of the class.
The whole concept is just awesome, you are basically starting with warming up, then just dancing around to really happy lively music for an hour, with some muscle toning and stretching. I feel like my eyes are sweating! (Definitely bring a water bottle! and a towel)
Bollywood fitness is for everyone, and Fusion Beatz’s classes are a great showcase. There are always a variety of ages, shapes and sizes having a good time and shaking their thing.
I feel my week is not complete without a Fusion Beatz class

Went to a fund raiser event at Bollywood Beatz, and found it extreme fun, while burning calories! Aruna did a Q&A session on Breast Cancer at the start of the class, and then walked us through a gradual ramp of Bollywood music to a total full body workout. Her energy and enthusiasm are highly infectious, and we were laughing and having fun through out the 90 min workout and final cool down. Plus learnt a lot about Breast Cancer. Our group that day had both men and women, and a good time was had by all, dancing to the fun music. The proceedings of that day went entirely to the Avon Foundation for Breast Cancer Research. What a fantastic model to raise awareness and money, and what a fun way to get fit in the process too! Amazing Aruna, kudos to you!

I LOVE the class I have been going to. The music is fun, Sangita the instructor is amazing, and the class is hard. What a wonderful uplifting workout! I always feel energized and happy after attending this class. It is the right mix of fun bollywood style dance moves and constant aerobic exercise.

OK, I went back to Bollywood after some health problems. This class can change your life. Linden is the best instructor. She is patient and kind, does not chastise you if you cannot do everything, does not push you-​so you do not injure yourself, is upbeat and positive and has a good energy that makes you excited about the class. I love that it is twice a week now in San Bruno. This Thursday is free, so take advantage everyone!!! It is a good addiction to have!

Its been an year now with Fusion Beatz and I can happily say I’m totally addicted to it. For someone like me who hates the routine exercising and going to the gym, it was hard to find something that could get me hooked for a long time. And then I came across Fusion Beatz. a Bollywood dance workout!.. I love to dance and I burn my calories while doing it. What a fun way to keep fit. But what is totally amazing about The class is you get a total body workout, weights, planks, pushups all combined in a beautiful dance routine. my favorite the mat Exercises at the end of the class. the stretches have done wonders to my back (I have a bad back).I would totally recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a fun way to get in shape and stay fit!!!

I love Fusion Beatz! It drives me crazy if I have to miss a class, and I would go every day if I could. The music is so much fun, the routines are challenging but easy to get the hang of, and it’s a great workout. After going to classes for about 9 months, along with going to the gym, I am in much better shape than I’ve ever been in, and I feel more energized and confident. A lot of that is thanks to Fusion Beatz! Sangita, Giamaica and Aruna are all AWESOME teachers and bring such motivating enthusiasm to the classes. Join the Fusion Beatz party!!!

I have been terrible about attending FB classes& it’s definitely my loss!
There is something special about Fusion Beatz! Can’t pinpoint it. Maybe it’s the wonderful teachers that take exercise & its physiology very seriously. Maybe it’s the fun Bollywood music & corresponding dance moves. Maybe it’s the wonderful ladies that take the classes & always greet u with a smile because they’re happy to be there. Maybe it’s the way FB supports the community in so many ways. Maybe it’s the positive energy that floats around the room during classes…
Whatever it is, it’s worth checking out!

This is a fabulous workout! I started for fun and now I’m hooked. It’s a total body workout so I’m actually cutting out resistance training and just doing this. The added bonus on Sundays is that the trainer/​owner is also a physician — so she is careful about injuries and points out how to exercise properly without hurting yourself. Highly recommend it!

I joined FUSION BEATZ Bollywood Dance Workout class without knowing what I would get out of it. It has changed my life. After two years of regularly attending classes, I realized that it not only met my goal of learning to dance Bollywood but also paved the way to having a regular fun workout. I developed stamina, gained more confidence in myself and my abilities and lost 20 lbs. going from a size 10 to a size 6 and can even wear some size 4.
Bollywood is a challenging workout and is unique because it has many moves that are not found in other dance fitness programs. We are weighed and measured quarterly so we know where we need to improve. Who would believe that a 65 year old woman could keep up during dance workouts with students half her age! In addition, I have met some amazing friends.
I would like to acknowledge all of the FUSION BEATZ Bollywood Fitness Instructors who bring out the full potential of each student and inspired me to keep on dancing, especially Aruna, a physician and our dance instructor on Sundays. I like her style of integrating lectures in Nutrition and Fitness with Bollywood Dance Workout.
