SEETHEIROTHERACCOUNTFORREALREVIEWS. PUTTARZANA, CAASTHEIRLOCATION. ALSOGOOGLETHEMUNDERCOMPLAINTSTOSEETHEEXPERIENCESOFOTHERS. They quoted me 1400 for all that we described to them, but at the end we ended up paying over 1000 more than that. They are rude, stole items such as my headboard and broke parts of my daughter’s bed. They lie about everything, change everything when we speak to them, but then refer to all of the fine print on the back side of your contract as their defense for their shady actions. They make new Unilocal accounts so that they can hide the bad reviews that people give them. They send your items to your home with some other company in a semitruck that is WAY larger than the truck your items were originally loaded onto and then tell the driver hires some random stranger off of craigslist to help him unload. But then the driver pretended he could not fit hit track close enough to my unit to unload it and said he’d help me out by suggesting I go get a uhual and find workers to take it from his truck, to the uhual and then from the uhaul to my unit. Oh and they steal a valuable piece of your load and threaten you with not processing your claim if you leave them a poor Unilocal review. THEYAREHORRIBLESCAMARTISTS!

After a month, our furniture was finally delivered. The move-in was stressful and horrible, starting with the driver claiming his truck was too big to fit our massive loading area, for which we were charged an additional $ 350 so he could go to Uhaul to rent a smaller truck(by the way, our property manager approved his truck for loading, assuring us that many larger trucks have unloaded here). After that tacked on an additional 2-hour wait and $ 350, the movers unloaded everything and REFUSED to help re-assemble our items, saying«We can’t be here all night, we’re leaving.» Our contract stated the fee included furniture reassembly, but there was nothing we could do about it. I called New Home in CA to complain, and was told they’d have someone out to help us. It never happened and they never responded to my follow-up calls. Our bed is badly damaged and I don’t expect they’ll honor the insurance agreement, though I haven’t filed a claim yet. This was the WORST possible experience. I can’t say enough to encourage others to avoid this moving company at all costs.

Rethink your decision, I wish I had. Low ball quote turns into 6 hour ordeal and double the costs. Delivery was late and items were damaged and missing. Customer service is worthless. Ava is nice but doenst really help with anything. Aaron Hans runs the bullshit show they call a business and is worthless. Craig is the Jewish salesmen that bullshits his way through the day conning ppl out of thousands. Why this company cannot be dissolved for ethic misconduct is beyond belief. DONTUSETHEM!

The worst Moving company ever!!! They are a bunch of worthless lying crooks who steal your stuff and leave you hanging. There reasonable price is was attracted my attention of 890 $ and then these crooked scumbags add numerous charges on top of that in the end we had to pay close to 3,000 $ and when our stuff arrived to our new place they lost our rug, My 50 inch plasma tv was shattered. They tell you they will call you back with details but will never call!!! You have to constantly call them and listen to their bull story of they are doing everything they can and will call you back. Not to mention they stole our couch and sold it to someone else. I am going to do as much as I can to put these crooks out of business. Stay far away as possible from these crooks, ANDREADTHEFILTEREDREVIEWSATTHEBOTTOMOFTHEIR UnilocalPAGEANDYOUCANSEEALLTHEBADREVIEWSTHATTHEYHADFILTEREDOFFTHEIRHOMEPAGE, ANDCREATEDTHEREOWN5STARRATINGSONTHEIRPAGETOMAKEITLOOKLIKETHEYARE A GOODMOVINGCOMPANY.
