Barbara is amazing! I was referred to her by my regular esthetician so I knew she had to be great, but she really goes above and beyond. She is experienced, professional, and cares about successful results more than anything. I did IPL for sun spots and my husband does laser hair removal with Barbara and we’re always happy with the outcome! If you’re thinking about IPL for spots or freckles DO IT! I had one week of dark spots after the treatment and then they all fell off and my face is flawless! Actually my exact email to her a week after treatment was «I am spot-​free! I can’t even believe the difference! I didn’t even wear foundation today and my skin looks amazing!!!»
After talking to friends I learned that other places charge 2x and they make you come back 4 times (charging each time of course). Barbara is genuinely passionate about what she does. She is the real deal, which is hard to find these days :)

Just want to update my previous review. I’ve been going to see Barbara for maintenance treatments, and all I can say is WOW. My skin is amazing. I will forever be her client. Thank you Barbara.

Barbara is such a sweetie. She did a great job ridding me from my facial and underarm hair. My skin is smooth, soft and I’ve never been happier with my skin. It’s so awesome not having to shave my underarms any more! Thank you, Barb! You’re the best!!!

I was referred to Barbara from a family friend who had been going to her age spots. I couldn’t get over how amazing she looked. She gave me Barbara’s information and I followed up as I had a bothersome age spot myself that I didn’t know how to get rid of.
I came in and was pleased to know that Barbara has been an RN for over 20 years, (sorry Barb, not trying to age you. You don’t look it). My mother happens to be a nurse and I can tell it’s certainly a plus in my book.
In two treatments the age spot was gone. I also had little red blood vessels on my cheeks, and one under my nose; On my second visit I mentioned them to her, and said, «Do you know of any kind of cream or treatment I could use to get rid of these. They drive my crazy!». They’ve obvious, she had to have noticed them before. And she said, «I actually can remove those for you if you’d like». I was blown away. I didn’t believe it. I asked why she didn’t mention this to me before, and she said, «I’m here to help you. But I’m not someone who is here to take advantage. I’m not here to push treatments on you. Yes, I can help you with those».
Within three treatments they were GONE. GONE. It’s been a year and they are still GONE. I went in for a check up the other day, and where I’m quite sure anyone else would have happily done touch ups and collected cash for them… Barbara looked at my face and said, «Sarah, there is nothing for me to do here. I can’t in good conscious work on you when you don’t need to be». She did a few little zaps, (touch ups), and refused to charge me.
Its just rare for me to encounter a professional like this. I’ve come to greatly respect her as an aesthetician and person. For me that’s what I look for. I can’t recommend Barbara Highly enough! Do yourself a favor and go!
