I’ve known Julie since the 1980s. I’ve known lots of people since then (I’m old), but not many that i’d do busiiness with. Julie is knowlegabe, committed, and hard working. You’re not going to find someone better.

I was a first-​time home buyer, and here is a list of the things Julie did for me:
1. Got me totally pre-​approved so that I could close in 15 days if need be, making my offer competitive with cash offers.
2. Got me a conventional loan rather than an FHA loan so that in 2 years I can get rid of paying for mortgage insurance if my house has enough equity. I did not even know that I should do this. Julie was looking out for me without my asking. This will reduce my monthly payments by about $ 341. With an FHA loan, the only way to get rid of this insurance would be to refinance.
3. Kept moving all the last-​minute stuff along even though she was on vacation! She is so dedicated, one of her emails was sent at 8 pm on a Saturday night while on vacation!
4. Locked in a great interest rate for me even when I couldn’t be reached.
5. Picked up the phone on the first ring when the seller’s real estate agent called to see if my loan was solid. This was how I got the house, because the other people making the offer actually offered more than I did, but the seller’s real estate agent couldn’t get in touch with their mortgage broker, so he told my real estate agent (Sue Vaterlaus – also terrific) that if we matched their offer, he would tell the sellers to pick us.

Julie is an incredible professional, and knows her business back and forth. She worked above and beyond the call of duty to help us prepare and secure a home loan, and I’m not sure how we would have done it without her. I would not hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone needing a mortgage broker!
