Located inside Hillsdale Mall, near Kay Jewelers and Kiehl’s, sits this helpful welcome center that offers info on all sorts of California attractions. You’ll find «magazines» filled with things to do, flyers, maps of various regions (including wineries), discount coupons, and more. You can also purchase California gear (glasses and tshirts), as well as passes for various attractions.
Even if you’re local, it’s worth stopping in. Great for planning day trips, ski trips, wine trips, family fun days, and what-​the-​heck «mental health» days. And the staff is friendly and helpful.
Also has info for Oregon and Nevada.
