Can’t recommend them enough. When I crawled underneath my house and saw our sewer main pouring out water into the crawl space I went into straight panic mode. After having a plumber from our home warranty come out for all of 3 minutes and tell me that I needed to find a cleanup crew before they’d do anything (meanwhile my wife and small child and I are looking for somewhere to stay while it’s getting fixed), I found Carlos and his crew. He came out that morning, gave me an incredibly fair quote which was less than the bigger chain I had contacted and then also instructed me how I could do it myself if I wanted to and it wouldn’t be that bad. I opted to get him to do it, and he came out the next morning and took it a step further and even fixed the pipe that was broken so we could use our plumbing — which was the luckiest break ever because the plumber never showed up! Overall: great guy, great service.

Carlos and Steve did an awesome job, clearly explained to us what needs to be done and cleaned up everything. What is more important is he was very honest and told us we don’t need some of the steps other companies are recommending as weather and nature itself was going to take care of that!

All Action came through on the fly! Great service! They came out and noticed addional issues and called a Plummer to come out. He had an estimate ready for me. I went ahead and got a 3 other estimates on my own to make sure I was getting a good price! Come to find out that they recommended ap company with a great price. I was super stressed out and they really made this nightmare go away with ease!

This business truly deserves 5 stars. I would give them more if it were possible. I highly recommend them! I faced a horrible situation where a pipe became corroded underneath my home and flooded my entire crawlspace. Of course, it was discovered on Sunday and we didn’t expect to get any immediate help. We found All Action Water Damage on Unilocal and decided to give them a call based on their great reviews. To my surprise, they arrived within 45 minutes and had a crew on site remedying the situation so my plumber could make a repair the next morning. The manager, Carlos and his team were extremely professional and helped me tremendously through a horrible experience.

Super quick response from all action water damage. Carlos is fantastic! He was able to out to the house soon after the call and provided a free consultation of our issue. He also recommended several low cost solutions, without upselling on un-​needed services. We received a text about 10 mins before he arrived. He was professional and efficient. Carlos Gavidia was amazing. He worked with both of us on cleaning up our crawlspace. He quoted us a fair price, let us know that it was an extremely small job and let us know how to do it ourselves. I was able to get everything from home depot and did it myself. Amazing!

Carlos was awesome. Returned phone calls promptly. Very helpful, knowledgable and reliable. He and his team pumped water and made some minor repairs to my crawl space after a water heater leak. They dried it out with several fans and cleaned it like new. I highly recommend their work.

I called Carlos to ask about a strange smell coming from our closet (smells like body odor – probably a bacteria that is related), and he was super helpful, recommending that we seal the wooden floor of the closet and use a commercial ozone generator to remove the smell, which is what they use to remove smells like curry, etc. Very polite and helpful!

Carlos agreed to meet me at my place to help find out what was going on with a bad smell and lots of flies coming out from under the jetted tub. We have an old 1926 house with a low crawl space. He got into the crawl space and took pictures to show the decay of the old cast iron drainage piping and the little pond of yuck that formed. He gave a reasonable quote and then he and his team took care of everything the next day including soil and waste removal, laying down new soil with enzymes. He also got quotes from a few different plumbing outfits so that the plumbing work could dovetail into the water and waste cleanup and fogging the crawl space to kill flies and just make things smell better in general. The problem is resolved. Great job!

I had a very unpleasant smell coming from underneath my house, and Carlos quickly diagnosed a corroded sewer pipe as the problem. He not only came the same day (after hours) for an estimate, he was able to complete the cleanup the next morning and recommended a great plumber for the repair, who came the same day and cost half of my regular plumber. He gave me a clear written estimate and did a great job of explaining the process to me, and made sure that we wouldn’t have future problems with the pipes or the smell. Tonight we are enjoying a house with a dry, freshly-​cleaned crawl space.

My business had an embarrassing smell that seemed to be coming from the crawl space. I called All Action Water Damage and I had a free estimate within 90 minutes. The tech was very professional, honest and was able to solve my problem that day. All costs and plans were explained ahead of time and there were NO surprises. He even coordinated with a plumber to complete the project. I’m not going to lie, I had no idea what was going on but the tech showed pictures of the situation and walked me through it. In this situation you want it fixed right, quick, at a reasonable price. Great!

One of the old pipes under my home broke. It was a sewage pipe that had become rotten and my crawl space became flooded with raw sewage. I was in a panic and my home smelled really nasty. I called All Action Water Damage and they were able to come out to my home the same day. They gave me a free estimate and even started the work the same day. The technician that came to do the work was professional, efficient and explained everything that needed to be done. My crawlspace was like new after they left. They did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone!
