Vladan has been our State Farm guy for years and handles all our car and household insurance needs. If there is ever an issue or a problem we contact Vladan and he is onto it. We know we are getting the best insurance rates possible because Vladan cares about all his clients.

Vladan is extremely helpful, he actually saved me a ton of money and got me more coverage. I definitely went with Vladan and StateFarm because is was much cheaper than my previous policy, but he’s been an extremely helpful agent and has exceeded my expectations! I operate on a ‘trust but verify’ principle when I receive a quote for anything, and Vlad consistently offers the best deal. He is very knowledgeable and his office is exceptionally responsive.

I started with Kay and stuck with Vlad when he took over. I think the whole staff is terrific. But Vlad has really been there for me over the years and he is a great insurance agent. He beat every policy I had and I went with Vlad. I also have insurance that Vlad does not offer — He researched it and I felt very comfortable with the other insurance topics because vlad taught me what to look for, and what i should be paying for it. I am really not an insurance «fan» but this guy made it easy and very effective — highly recommended!

Vladan and crew are great. Hate to say it but I get so busy at times I miss reporting mileage or grades. They are on top of it and call to remind me saving me $$. Love the personal touch, holiday cards bday cards, they care.

I went into this office in early 2012 to transfer our policies from another state, but also to get a liability umbrella to cover a very specific situation we would possible have to deal with in California. I dealt with a team member who is no longer employed there. After dealing with the active policies we had with State Farm, I specifically laid out the exact and only reason we wanted to add an umbrella policy. That was never disputed or red flagged as something State Farm could not cover. She got us a quote and we got the policy.
Fast forward two years, another state and hundreds of dollars in premium payments later and I find out from my new agent that this umbrella never covered what we wanted it for. It scares me to think what would have happened had we actually needed it during that time. I brought this to the attention of this office and asked to have my premiums refunded since I threw away money for two years to a policy that left us totally vulnerable. This agent said the underwriter would not approve a refund. My wallet is left several hundred dollars lighter and all I have to show for it is a worthless liability umbrella.
I’ve been with State Farm for 25 years through several states and several agents. This experience, as well as State Farm’s unwillingness to refund my premiums, has me looking for a new insurance company.

Valadan and his team are great to work with. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My partner and I both have our car insurance and our renters insurance with State Farm and have been very satisfied. When people ask advise on where to get insurance we would absolutely recommend Valadan and his team at State Farm!

I have been with State Farm so long I can’t even remember when I started… in the 70’s, I think, when I worked for them myself. Have lived in this area for 12 years, and started in Hillcrest, so when I moved to North County, I wanted to keep my «first» office. Vlad and staff have always been there for me and for my questions… so personable and professional.
When I had an auto claim, they were right on top of everything. I also have Renter’s and CEA, and I feel that I will never have a problem getting anything taken care of. Vlad is a real person, not a «company figure», and we enjoy a little friendly hockey trash talk now and then, too.
I would never leave State Farm, and do not want to leave the good service that this office has given me.

I shopped around for insurers and State Farm was the most economical choice. The service I got however from the cheapest surprised me the most. Not only did Vlad save me a lot of time and aggro by cutting through details I couldn’t get my head round, he was always available to answer any questions I had going forward. He is courteous, helpful and well versed in all things insurance. I liked my service so much I decided to move my car and house insurance over to State Farm and I couldn’t be happier. I know that if I get in a bind one call to Vlad will sort it.

Yep! Vladan is awesome. We needed to make a change on my policy. Hes at least 45 minutes from us, & time is hard to find to drive a distance. He suggested that he come to me to meet me at the local dance studio that our kids both attend. I signed the paperwork on the trunk of his car, business handled. I only found Vladan because of a cold call sales pitch from one of his staff. I stay because rates are great, service is superior. I don’t know many businesses who answer your call, saying hello along with your name.

As a very demanding person when it comes to such things as insurance, I chose to keep our business with Vladan because he is knowledgeable, does what is only in our best interest, and does what it takes to make things happen — like drive from San Diego to Mission Viejo to hand deliver a car loan check. Additionally, being a part of the LGBT community, it is of utmost importance to be able to speak with an agent candidly and know you are not being discriminated against, as well as knowing you are speaking with someone knowledge about the LGBT unique issues. I recommend Vladan without hesitation.

Vladan is the best! After moving to San Diego from NYC three years ago, we found him as a random name searching for a more personal experience than the robotic Gaico voice on the phone could ever provide. He not only gave us rates that beat those offered to us by another provider (after over a decade of loyalty and zero accidents!), and that is including other services, but he has come to our help in many other instances (renters’ issues, need a CPA or plumber, life insurance, lawyer, house purchase, and many others). Other than his vast knowledge that goes well beyond what we ever expected from an insurance agent, he is extremely helpful and kind. His philosophy is clearly old fashioned. He doesn’t treat his clients as numbers, but as friends whom he genuinely cares for.
