After graduating from Cal Poly SLO in 2006, Peter started his first successful business, Clearview Window Washing, which is still going strong with almost 900 loyal customers. Our foundation of excellence in work, customer service, and creation of value for customers are the foundation of our success.
We have been active in real estate since 2009 from the investment side of the business. We are working on our portfolio of rental homes, and our dream is to get out of the rat race with our investment cash flow.

Peter and Zoe met in 2008, fell in love, and got married in 2009! They have three beautiful girls, Cleo, Violet, and Dagny. Van Gundy Realty is their second successful business. Their first business, Clearview Cleaning Specialist LLC, is a window cleaning and carpet cleaning service with almost 900 satisfied customers. Their expertise in communication, business, and real estate transactions mean that you can count on them to get your deal done.
