The staff acts as if they are doing you a Big favor by filling your prescription. It is if they have to go out of their way to wait on you. They never go out of their way to help you. They also come across as being very condescending. I have never heard anyone in this pharmacy say thank you for doing business with us. I am going to find another compounding pharmacy nearby and transfer my prescriptions. The worst thing is that insurance no longer covers most prescriptions which are unique to an individual and must be specifically compounded. I am tired of paying for a pharmacy clerk or tech to be rude to me.

Thank you Kohana staff! I had a very unique prescription that no one else wanted to bother with. Kohana figured out a way to make it happen. I am forever grateful, and want everyone to know how wonderful they are. Everyone I dealt with was more than willing to help and they spent so much time talking with me. No other Pharmacy has every tried to make such a connection. There is no doubt about the knowledge and care these people have for me and the community. Keep up the good work.

a compound rx was called to them at 3pm on a Monday. we went to pick it up the next afternoon and were told it was ready but not signed of. Our phone # was given to them to call when ready. No call ever came; instead another family member was called that day and told they could not compound it until they agreed to pay the $ 65 that it would cost, which they did. It was finally ready on day 3 — and they knew it was for a cancer patient who need it badly. I hate being lied to. there won’t be a next time at that place — the people were not kind.

Kohana offers so many services that you can’t get anywhere else locally. They cater to those who have uncommon needs and do so graciously. My allergies have directed me to these specialists and they have taken such fantastic care of me. These other grumpy reviews are so clearly unrepresentative of the great services provided by Kohana and I am implored to offer my opinion. Trust these magnificent pharmacists! They know their stuff!

They act like they are doing you a favor allowing you to purchase your prescriptions from them. Not the case, there are plenty of places to purchase prescriptions in the county.
