Cattaneo Bros. world famous beef jerky and sausage company is celebrating over half a century of consistently making the best gourmet meat snacks and sausages, still mixed by hand, the old fashioned way, to deliver Cattaneo Bros. one of a kind taste.

Cattaneo Bros. has been operating a USDA inspected facility at 796 Caudill Street for more than 30 years. We consistently produce the highest quality meat snack products available. Cattaneo Bros. has the most strict food safety standards in place in it’s production facility. We proudly operate under the HACCP program.

Business Owner

Cattaneo Brothers has been owned by the Kaney family since the 1980’s and Katelyn became President of the company after the passing of her parents in 2008. Since becoming President, Katelyn has been focused on providing customers with the most healthy meat snacks possible and introduced the Fuel Kit line — a mix of beef jerky, fresh nuts and dried fruit — a whole food snack that can be eaten on the go.

In 2012 The Tribune voted Katelyn one of the top 20 under 40 leaders who excel in both their professional and community service. Katelyn is a former California Mid-​State Fair queen, has a degree in agricultural business from Cal Poly and is passionate about many youth programs including 4-​H where is she is a lamb project leader.

Kaney is involved in every aspect of the company and is continuing to grow the brand beyond every expectation. She is truly changing the image of beef jerky in the snack food industry.
