i’m going on my 2nd year working with cole stevens on my taxes and, while the taxes themselves suck, cole makes the whole process seamless. he responds to emails right away to answer every question i have, no matter how stupid (let’s be honest: 99% are really stupid). i’ve actually never met cole in person, we’ve only worked over the phone and via email, but i feel as though he has given me extremely valuable advice and is always looking for ways to make those massive checks i have to send off a little less painful. he’s friendly, professional and super responsive.
