Unilocal is for your PERSONAL experience with the business. As a business owner, you should remain professional at all times. So if it wasn’t business hours the phone should’ve went to voicemail which I expected but instead I spoke to a rude associate who didn’t pride in their business. How were you to feel if you walked in a store and the associate came at you rude like she had a bad day? You wouldn’t tell them or their manager how they made you feel?! Come on, we strive for customer service. So if you ain’t nice and pleasant on the phone what makes you think I’m going to give you my money to work on my son’s birthday party.

Olivia did an amazing job on my party .the centerpieces where also nice she is reasonable and she has great ideas. she really helped reduce my stress and worries on who picking up balloons etc she delivers… Thanks again Olivia I will be back :-)

Olivia was great to work with. I am an Event Planner in the area and needed a balloon vendor for a Grand Opening I was planning. She arrived on time and worked ver FAST! She did a great job and I would recommend her.

Im glad she hook it up for my babyshower. I had it at Hilton hotel and was amaze when I walked in, the daisies, the cluster balloons, just wonderful. You can take a look at my pics– picture don’t lie!
Olivia is so easy to work with and is wonderful. She listen to your needs and put out positive ideas. All my guests was commenting about how pretty the balloons are, At the end of the babyshower my fiancé said I should call her to thank her because she done such a great job. Everyone was leaving saying how this is the most fancy babyshower they ever been to.

Balloons for DELIVERY!!!
It was difficult to find a vendor in the area that delivered balloons, and did NOT charge an arm and a leg. Her prices was very reasonable!
I am really glad I found Olivia — and a huge thanks to my fellow Unilocalers! Olivia was professional, and a pleasure to work with; and I would recommend her business.
We communicated via phone and email. We discussed my party plans on the phone. I went to her office to view the color selection and pictures of past jobs to give me ideas on designs she can create. I was lucky that Olivia previously decorated the venue I was having my event at, so it wasn’t a necessity on my end to have a consultation at the location. With that she also helped with the balloon count, and color themes to go with. I asked her to bring extra balloons if we miscounted or decided to put balloons elsewhere.
I met up with Olivia at the venue the day of the party. She was practically done when I arrived. We did add extra balloons at the entrance of the hall. Olivia also gave her opinion on where to place the balloons outside to be visible from the street; and won’t have the ability to hit something and pop since it was windy that day.
Olivia was straightforward with her pricing for balloons, delivery and opinions (when asked). She wasn’t pushy on making an extra sale. She does draw up contacts too.
I will work with her again when I am having another event.

Olivia did the decoration for our daughter’s first bday and she made it so special. The decoration was done so beautifully and professionally. It was such a highlight for the whole party. Olivia was so prompt in giving all the options and making suggestion to fit things in our budget and the room was ready well before the party.

I chose Olivia to decorate for my daughter’s first birthday party. Her work is amazing. Every guest in my party praised balloon decoration. She will be my go to person next time I need any balloon decoration. I liked her formal working style like preparing a work contract etc so that all terms are already captured in writing leaving no room for errors or misunderstanding. I tried to get some discount but she was very firm on her pricing :-)

Olivia is really nice, she makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. she really reduced some of the pressure off planning the party. she blew up a few balloons just so i could see what they would look like blown up. i even got a few free balloons on the day of the party. great choice!

I placed a last minute order Thursday morning for my daughter’s school’s annual dinner /​auction being held on Saturday… Olivia, at Helium Heaven saved the day. After leaving messages at several balloon retailers in the area, Olivia at Helium Heaven was the only person to call me back.
I had an idea of what we wanted, and she was able to offer suggestions and options that fulfilled our tight budget.

I’ve used Helium Heaven’s services for 2 events and the owner (Olivia)‘s services were perfect both times. The first event was my mom’s 50^th birthday party. We met before hand and talked about colors and what I had in mind and the balloons turned out to match my color scheme perfectly. They completely made the room since it was sort of a dark room to begin with the balloons really brightened it up. The 2^nd event was for my Aunt’s birthday party. Olivia had a special going that month for free delivery since it was National Balloon Month. I was diggin that free delivery special! BOTH times she was on time, professional, and delivered exactly what I asked for. I’ve seen pictures of her specialty parties and balloon arches and they are really well done. I would definitely recommend Helium Heaven for your balloon needs! Save yourself the balloon hassle… her prices are really reasonable too! Thanks Olivia for coming through both times :)

Olivia is amazing!!! She can take something as plain and simple as balloons and turn them into beautiful art :) We had her make a few center pieces for my niece’s FIrst Communion reception and they came out better than we could have expected! My niece wore a white dress with orange and yellow accents and Olivia matched the balloon colors to her dress perfectly. Her prices were excellent and she even gave a discount to first-​time customers. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed!!! I will definitely use Helium Heaven in the future!

Awesome !!! I was surfing the web for 2 days calling around the entire bay area for a reasonable reliable balloon arch decorator. Finally my 2^nd day I came across the
site and gave Olivia a call. She met up with me at a local starbucks and went over her portfolio and pricing and she was extremely nice and had the BEST prices guaranteed. I showed her pix that were somewhat to what i was expecting and she copied and made it prettier than the original pix i showed her.
