They canceled a day prior to the event with no apologies just their driver didn’t want to deliver we had used them before I had 50 guests booked and a caterer am out all that money got ahold of the owner via text was not helpful at all he would not even answer his phone and responded 2 times to my 20 something texts. Ruined the party

I have used jump for fun for many many years. I have two kids. Now 24 and 17. I have never went any where else. They have always been good to me(jump for fun) they have always delivered early which is awesome because I have nephews who live across the street from me and when I have party’s it’s always in use b4 the party starts and they have always made me last pick up when I have asked. So ty jump for fun for making my party’s great !!! Btw ur jumpers have always been clean, at least the ones that I have had lol. D. V

The only reason y they get two stars is cause the kids had a blast… other then that the people who work there r horribly rude… I order a bounce house 2 weeks before my event… got a confermation… payment went through… everything is good… then the day of the event I get a call 6 hours before my party from the gentlemen who works there telling me they will not be delivering the bounce house… I told him I have already paid for it… it needs to be there today… he told me that his driver called in and he has no one to bring it… that he would credit me instead… not refund me. but credit me. I told him no he needs to find someone to bring it… he left me two voicemail prior to this saying I need to answer my phone… being very rude in his tone… talking at my voicemail while leaving a message… because no one answered the door at 730am for the driver they managed to find… everyone who was home said that there was no one at the door or the dog would have gone nuts… anyway…the driver got there and set up the bounce house… told me he would be back tomorrow(Sunday…they were suppose to pick it up at 7pm Saturday night) to get it because he was really busy… okay fine… once it was up I was disappointed because it was torn in certain places… really dirty and the door to get into it was really low and ripped to the point where the kids struggled to get it… a couple hours into our event it started to rain… the kids didn’t seem to mind until the whole front end of bounce house caved in were they where all playing… so I had kindergartens stuck in a bounce house that was caving in… safety issue much… so come Sunday they never showed up to get it… waited all day… no one showed up… these people need to get there act together or hire more people… u can’t call ur customers day of their event and cancel last minute… oh and when u pick up the phone make sure u stop whatever conversation u r having before… it is really annoying listening to ur conversation with someone else for 2 minutes before u acknowledge I’m on the phone
