Excellent deals, excellent service. I’m not sure what is going on with some of these reviews, but I have no complaints.

We purchased a TV from here. The cashier quoted me a price. Being a person who needs to do research on a product before purchase. I brought out my phone and went to work. Yay for technology. I noticed the price she offered wasn’t that different from many other online prices. But she didn’t change the quote. While looking at their inventory, I noticed a better TV and it happened to be cheaper. Older model version. Wish she would have taken the initiative to show me that one instead. Since I was clearly on a budget. It was a huge price difference. But she admitted, the better TV. So, feeling proud I got the best deal I could, I purchased it. But still buying electronics from places like this is nerve wrecking. There isn’t much of a return window and no extra warranty. Luckily almost 1 year later the TV is working great and we’re happy with our purchase.

I came in to see if they had a TV wall mount and when I asked one of the workers, she was rude and upset and told me they were out, so I just left. Horrible first time.

There was a sign stating that all clothing is 20% off, I pointed it out when I got to the register, the cashier(lady with blonde bob) assured me that yes, it’s included in the transaction, well when I got my receipt, you can guess what was wasn’t included in the transaction… a $ 7.99 shirt discounted 20% is not $ 7.19, two $ 12.99 items were not discounted at all! So be wary, your best interest is not their concern, and I guess, neither is your return business. Not to mention there isn’t a price tag on half of the inventory. Be wary!

Not much to find at this store but i think its one of those things you have to come on the right day to get that great find… I was that this place carries overstocked or returned(but use able) Costco items… a lot of Brita pitchers, coffee makers, steam cleaners, outdoor light fixtures and random clothes but not much else… quick visit of 10 minutes

We came in on a Tuesday just to scope out the place, but found a large area rug we wanted to purchase. The lady quoted $ 60. Unfortunately, the rug wouldn’t have fit in our car, so we told the lady that we would be back with our SUV. Never got a chance to go back that day. I brought the SUV on that following Thursday and lucky for me the rug was still there. A different lady who was working helped me with getting it out of the corner. I told her that a lady quoted me $ 60 when I was in there a couple of days before, but this lady insists that this rug(Let’s call it rugA) is $ 85 and that it was the other lady that was mistaken — that it was rugB(lol. Rugby) that was $ 60. Rugb is a smaller size. I’m not happy about this, but I sat there and did some calculations with $ and size, contemplating whether the smaller one would be a good fit for my living room… and then… I found rugC which has the same exact print as rugA, but the size of rugB and told her I wanted that one for $ 60. The lady says, no, rugC is $ 85 also. Lady, ALL these rugs are the same exact brand. But she insists that rugC is made with better quality materials. Rolling my eyes and making a disgusted face I say, «Okay, you’re just making shit up» and stormed out of there. Ooooh. She makes me mad. But a common theme throughout the store is that items are NOT price tagged. So guess what? They really ARE just making prices up as they go. I will never come back here again. Check out the other Costco surplus store on Industrial in Hayward. They have sticker prices on their items so you’re not just browsing and wondering.

I saw her ad on Craigslist. I got a very good deal on two 4k monitors. I had a very good conversation with her and told her the reason why so many people return these kinds of monitors was because they need a 4k compatible graphics card with a display port. I was only going to but one but got an extremely good deal from this nice lady that I bought two. Easy to deal with and now she has a customer for life.

A very good store that we will frequent at least once a month. Basically its a store that takes Costco’s used times that were returned and are not re-sellable to the Costco patrons. They buy pallets at a time and every time you come here its a new inventory to look at. I know they get a new shipment every week(don’t know what day it is). They will usually sell out the foods quickly but most of the other items are clothes, electronics or general kirkland stuff. So, before you go buy a big item at Costco, check with these guys first if they have it, you could essentially be saving 30−50% off Costco prices.
