Reeds Kitchens and Baths

We met Michael and Carmen at the Alameda County Home Show, where they had an impressive display booth. We live in a 13 year old nice, but nonetheless, builder tract townhome in Castro Valley, and wanted to upgrade/​remodel the kitchen for awhile.
Michael made the process easy, from the initial consult appointments, design recommendations, project schedule, including installation — a real turnkey operation. He worked within the timeline and budget we required.
The result is a beautiful and more functional kitchen, with stylish and convenient cabinetry and appliances. We are so pleased with result, we have Michael redesigning our master bedroom closets and two new custom furniture cabinets, as well.
Most importantly, the craftsmanship of the final product is excellent. Michael is trustworthy and shows up on time. A big plus when it comes to contractors. We received another bid previously from another well-​known Castro Valley kitchen and bath company, but the project seemed extremely expensive for the scope of the project, as well as, the vibe we got was they were not that interested in the project. Reed’s gave us almost exactly what we wanted for approximately 25% less than the other company.
You should check this company out. We are very happy with the end result.

Reed’s Kitchen and Bath was great in helping pick out what I needed while still staying with in my budget. I have never done a remodel before so I had no idea what I needed or what is was going to cost or even how long it would take.
Carmen and Mike were so very very helpful and I could not be happier with the results. Mike is a master craftsman. I highly recommend their company, you will not be disappointed.

We have cabinets in our house that were put in before we bought it. We wanted to get some of those inserts that you can pull out with your pots and pans– I mean who likes to dig around in the cabinet trying to pull out the pan that is all the way in the back on the bottom of the stack?!? Apparently we can only buy the inserts from a local authorized dealer.
My husband went in last week and their power was down so they couldn’t help him. No big deal these things happen. The woman working the front desk took his information and promised when everything was up and running she would send a quote. It will be a week tomorrow and still no quote. My husband called back today to check in. The woman on the phone actually said «Oh right I remember, you we haven’t had a chance to look at it. We are really busy so why don’t you just go try to find someone else».
Ok will do. Unfortunately they are all the way in San Ramon but we certainly will take our business elsewhere if they have no interest in helping us.
Big fat F for customer service. It appears that unless you want to purchase an entire kitchen they simply don’t have time for you.

Reeds Kitchens and Baths were showing products at the Fall Alameda County Bath and Kitchen show, so I dropped by their showroom on Washington Avenue. They had walls of samples, large sample portfoilos of kitchens they have remodeled, and pictures of bathroom remodels. They showed many features of cabinets, space saving ideas, and proposed to measure my space for an indepth proposal.
Plan on making several trips to Reeds Kitchens and Baths.
