Ray’s Auto Parts

I was surprised to hear them answer the phone as Napa Auto Parts. I thought it was an independent auto parts dealer.
The prices are reasonable. Still doing my comparison price quotes before I decide.

Wheres my TDI community at? Ray’s is the best place to get your local TDI parts! They stock Lubro Moly 5W40 on the shelves! Who else does that? You can also opt for the American Mobile 1 TDT which they have as well.
So anyway, here I am, needing a set of glow plugs for my diesel. I arrive at Ray’s with little less than 2 minutes before closing and the door is locked (I had just battled post rain traffic from Emeryville for an hour). Raphael, being the gentleman that he is, unlocks the door and reopens the shop, just so I can grab some glow plugs! On top of that he already had my glow plugs ready and waiting (we had spoken on the phone several days earlier)!
Ray, if your reading this, Raphael deserves a raise or some paid time off.
I use Ray’s now for most of my needs, and if they dont have the parts in stock, theyll order it for me.
Although the floor space is a bit small, the staff here is amazing. Great customer service is the way to go to retain customers and this place has it.

This is the closest auto parts store to my house, so I’ve been here several times since it opened a few months ago. While the store is pretty small (compared to their competitors nearby), the staff is very friendly and helpful. And the times they have been out of stock of stuff I need, they order it right away and have them delivered by the next morning.
