Typical dealership… they over charge for every concern you may have. Every concern will cost you $ 175 an hour to just look at. And believe me, they will make sure to use up that hour… as a dealership you’d assume they would want you to leave happy as a happy customer would return in the future to purchase a vehicle. They didn’t bother even looking at my check engine light because I forgot to mention to have them look into it and pay them in advance for it… find a nice neighborhood guy who will appreciate your business.

So me and my boyfriend and our daughter came here yesterday to look at a camaro. A lady called us before hand to schedule an appointment to take a test drive. So we were suppose to ask for hector but instead we got this other dude, geussing by the sound of it he was «the boss». This guy was soooooooo unprofessional talking to like 3 – 4 different people at once while hes helping us, answering phones and the one thing that really got me upset was my 4 year old daughter is with us and this guy is swearing up and down like hes chillin with his best buddies. Your at work man, your trying to make a sale not ruin relationships. And its not like we were in there for some chump car, we wanted the 2ss chevy camaro. When we told him what we were looking for he had a quick CANT do attitude, just like «WELL THIS IS IT MAN I MEAN S***T THATS ALL THERE IS» haha wow. Maybe he just thought we were some broke people coming in there for a joy ride? I mean dont get me wrong i run an entire store full time and doing 10 jobs at once but I NEVER treat my customers like this. So anyways i asked can we test drive one that you have? And he looks at me like oh yea yea im just giving him options. Ok we didnt come here for options we came here to do a test drive and you failed emmaculatly. So in the end he has someone bring up a white camaro to park in front to look at doesnt turn it on just continues to conversate with other people. He tells us hes going to be right back and NEVER did. I mean what else could I describe about this experiance that just went wrong? Well geuss well make that 50,000 purchase elsewhere and somewhere with way more class and professionalism. Thanks but no thanks.

I went to this dealer right after I found out my 2014 Ford Focus SE was totaled.
I worked with Brad Rucker. He was comforting, knowledgeable about all of the current models that Chevy had to offer and was willing to help me
I was interested in the recently redesigned Chevy Cruze. Brad found one that was perfect for me. He went above and beyond to assist me and answer all of my boyfriend’s questions about the financing and vehicle.
He even took us on test drives of at least five vehicles. Needless to say, he is persistent and has incredible patience.
Unfortunately, the financing didn’t work out for me. It was simply over my budget. I do recommend this dealership — everyone was very kind. I really enjoyed working with Brad and would recommend him as a sales person.

I had a really nice experience at FH Dailey Parts and Service today. After calling around to shop prices for a new battery I decided to go to FH Dailey as they offered same price as other do it yourself stores. and charged only 29.99 to install it. I enjoyed coffee and options of chips and cookies while I waited. Lionel, Francis and Jim were very helpful and professional. YAY FH Dailey.

Got my Spark EV here. What a car for the price! Some haggling, but they were able to match prices elsewhere and had no problem getting inventory even colors to choose. The delivery was handled very well-​going through all the features and making sure I was satisfied. good follow up, too.

$ 800.00 for a 45 K tune up… most expensive tune up ever, as the sales guy said, no one pay $ 800 for a tune up ,
you got screwed where did you go, here, Oh…

Jim Brunelli was amazing! He’s been in the business for a long time, and he’s quick, friendly, and will cut you the best deal he can. I went to a few dealerships before hand, and Jim’s offer was $ 1000 cheaper their best offers, without even knowing about the other offers.
He’s a family man, and excellent businessman. If you go to FH Dailey, go see Jim.

The staff is nice, but the service is terrible. I brought my car in for a tune-​up and as I drove away the dash lights and radio went dead going 60mph on the freeway. This resulted in damage to my dash and radio screens, but all they would fix was the short — which stemmed from a battery connection issue, apparently yet another common problem with the Chevy Cruze. Between the constant factory recalls, the lengthy repair times at FH Dailey, and the shoddy work — made worse by the dealer’s refusal to fix the things they mess up — I would recommend anyone who values a decent car experience to stay far away from FH Dailey, and Chevy in general.

The dealer had great published deals on attractive cars. I shopped the published prices to other dealers in the area and they did not want to beat or even match them. I got the published deal from FH Dailey without problem.
Purchased a Volt. I am happy with the car and the price I paid. The sales associate Rosa was friendly and easy going.
I got a hard sell on an extended warranty from the finance team when it was time to sign the papers. I know these things are bogus and was not tempted. I was given misinformation about both the extended warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty, though, as part of the sales pitch. I guess these hard sells are to be expected.
Overall a positive experience.
Have not yet dealt with the service team.
Psst, they are stuffed to the gills with Corvettes. I teased them about it and was told I could get 6000 of the MSRP on any Corvette other than Z06. I note that this is better than the best deal TrueCar is reporting. So if you are in the market for a new 2016 Corvette, I would definitely pay a visit to FH Dailey.

Initially it was 49.99 for an oil change I check online after waiting 2hrs+ for an oil change (that I was told only two people were ahead of me and would take 1&½ hours tops) look online and website says 39.99 w/​free tire rotation. I ask for that or a military discount if they offer. They said no. Gave me a 5 $ discount because the tires didn’t get rotated. I plan on reporting to BAR and Chevy Corp.

Second Location at 900 Marina Blvd. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with any business.
It started well with the test drive earlier in the week, and with Jim, the very nice salesman who printed me multiple quotes and was very polite.
I had the prospective car delivered to my mechanic for a pre-​purchase inspection. Just before beginning, I asked them if they can reduce the price of the vehicle, given that another dealer had the same one, same colors, same trim level, and same model year, for around a third less and with 12,000 fewer miles.
When I asked, I got put on the phone with the store manager, Dennis (if I recall correctly) who literally swore at me as he screamed about how unreasonable I was being for asking for a lower price. (The price I asked for was only a few hundred dollars less than the other car with the substantially lesser mileage.)
What would have been a fun experience buying a car was completly tarnished for me, and I would avoid this dealer like the plague. Needless to say, I didn’t get the car, and basically walked away after the manager stopped yelling.

My mother was looking for a family friendly vehicle, due to her being a grandmother she wanted something that all her grandchildren would be able to fit in comfortably. We were helped by Karen and my mother told her exactly what she was looking for and Karen was able to find the perfect SUV for her! Karen was extremely courteous and provided great customer service!

Easily the best new car purchase/​used car trade-​in experience ever. Jim M. in the Internet Sales Department is an experienced professional who ensured I remained fully updated on the status of my new 2016 Camaro order. As a result, the close of my transaction was a transparent, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend F H Dailey Chevrolet to anyone in the market to buy a new Chevrolet vehicle!

After a positive first experience at this facility, I didn’t hesitate to return. I have never written a Unilocal review on anything, but this experience definitely warranted an opinion.
After noticing my «Check Engine» light (known colloquially as the «Idiot Light») flicker for about a month, I took my old ’97 Blazer to them. Trusting their previous good work, I had no reservations in allowing them to make suggestions and carry out whatever they felt necessary. My bill amounted to about $ 2,000.
Not a day after driving off the lot, the light turned on again. Frustrated, I borrowed a code reader to see what the problem was myself. I read the bill and the same code appeared. After speaking with Francis over the phone a month later (busy schedule), I did not feel reassured. I wanted to talk about the finances of the situation, but he reacted dismissively and hung up on me without even saying goodbye.
This led me to Unilocal,where I read back and forth reviews on Frances’s work history. His behavioral inconsistency makes sense now that I’ve dealt with both side of the same coin. When things go right, he’s as sweet as can be; otherwise, he’s cold and silent.
I went to drop off my car and was treated no differently in person. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of my concerns, and almost no acknowledgement of my presence. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half before I was shuttled home. Even then, as I entered the shuttle, they asked if I would be willing to wait longer… I refused; I have shit to do!
I have called every business day since I dropped off my car mid last week, and even once over the weekend. I have been trying to get a speck of information regarding what is happening with my vehicle. Since then, Frances only returned a single call in which he told me that I would receive an update later that afternoon. I heard nothing.
This morning, I called again and immediately reached Frances, which was quite a surprise considering I’d been trying to reach him for the past week. He let me know that he was still waiting to hear back from GM about the particulars regarding my «little Blazer» * and would call me before noon. Nothing!
*As an aside, why speak diminutively about a person’s vehicle? I don’t care about the car being offended (obviously!), but what man would enjoy having his car being called a «little _​_​_​_​_​_​»? This condescension, whether intentional or not, did not go unnoticed, especially when coupled with the above and below maltreatment.*
Frustrated out of my mind, I called again, just before 5pm and asked for the Customer Service Manager. I received a voicemail and proceeded to voice my complaints, as calmly and rationally as I could. Thirty minutes later, I receive a call from Frances saying I can pick up my car tomorrow.
In all, I was treated awfully and was not offered any compensation for my trouble. I was not given an ETA or any information about the status of my car as it was «being repaired.» Additionally, I was not offered a loaner while my car was on their lot for an unknowlable about of time. I felt like my car was kept hostage and I was entirely helpless; I considered taking BART and walking in to ask what the hell was going on, but eventually my constant badgering and final message to the «manager» worked.
A customer should never have to hound people this way, nor should one be ignored so consistently and without apology! Nowhere have I been treated so disrespectfully. I can’t imagine working with such people who cannot admit when they have committed an error. In that light I may have committed one myself by bringing my vehicle to this facility. I am not to be duped by this «Idiot Light,» this idiot corporation a second time.
My experience is beyond comparison and I will never again be returning to this location.

Bad customer service, we were looking for an 2015 suburban ltz, they kept calling and said that they have car were looking for, even confirmed the night before the appointment but when you go there, slow to check on you, and have you wait for 15 minutes telling you that the car was sold last night? Wth??? Didn’t you just said that the car is still there last night, why didn’t you call this morning that the car we wanted was sold already. drove about an hour away just to say that the car was sold l as t night! The guy said sorry but nothing else.

Excellent first experience, did the express service. Great communication, friendly and professional, highly recommend based on first visit. Gave me detailed information that I needed and asked about for future service visits and advised me on some positive things I didn’t previously know about my car (bought it used from another dealership.) Clean waiting room with current magazines (!), could use a water cooler but maybe I just didn’t see it, I wasn’t there that long, in fact service was done 15 minutes earlier than estimated which was great as I waited!

Leased a Volt from them. About a year later, one of the tires keep losing pressure. Brought it in and they held it for a day. Said nothing was wrong and they secured the valve and there should be no more problems. Two days later, pressure went down to 12lbs. Brought it it again, held it for two days and could not find problem (supposedly repeated submersion in water). Suggested I call Chevy HQ to request a replacement tire. My wife spent half a day calling to get clearance. Got clearance. Suddenly and Miraculously, they found a «pinhole» on the side of the tire after all the bullshit they put me and my wife through. Pinhole Could not be fixed. So they told HQ to rescind the replacement. Had to pay $ 150 for a replacement.
Very fishy and suspect practices. Will not trust them ever again!!!

Useless! Don’t waste your time. Talked to [R] via email to negotiate on 3+ cars (for friends and myself) and wanted to get a price before I headed down. He kept wasting time using replies like «sure come on down», «we can match other dealers». In the end, I’m sad we can’t finalize a deal.

My girlfriend gets a letter telling her to bring her car in for a possible recall and when she comes in they do a check on her car and say that her car is not one of the cars involved in the recall. They tell her that her engine light is on and they found other codes and repairs that needed to be repaired.
And then guess what? They charge her 160 for diagnoses… Misleading much? YOU send out a letter to someone who has an engine light on prompting them to bring their car in… Then when they arrive you say oh your problem is not the one described in that letter but we did find a different problem and for that you owe us 160 $…
Chevrolet dealers. Misleading women since 1843. Francis is quite the trickster

Had a great experience with these guys. Contacted them about a used Spark EV via
and they promptly responded. We were able to get the deal done over the phone and since I was writing a check for the whole amount, it was a pretty easy transaction. Dennis and Hank were both super helpful and everyone there was super friendly. Even though we were paying cash for the whole thing, we still had to sit through the warranty, paint protection, etc. presentation, but it wasn’t high pressure at all. We politely declined since we were on a pretty strict budget and we just finished up the paperwork. From start to finish, we were there for probably an hour.
We were at the 900 Marina lot which seemed to be their used lot. There were a lot of nice cars there, but we love out little Spark EV. I wish they were closer since we live in San Jose. The car buying experience was good overall.
